The overall friendliness of the owners was outstanding and extremely helpful. The meals we had were first class and overall it was a most enjoyable few days we had there. Would have no problem recommending this hotel to anybody. No as it far exceeded our expectations |

staff were excellent, close to a bus station. the room with a balcony it wasn't mentioned that they close after 6 pm in thursday, no body was there, good I called at train station before I arrived to leave the key. htere was no a lake veiw from the room, there was a big, yellow and ugly building standing between the hotel and the lake. there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, I think it was some rotten water. the breakfast was the same every day with no hot food like eggs. |

i you want to be 100% satisfied , stay in this hotel , simply because they have the best view that i have ever seen in my life , and they are very very freindly and they give us more than we expect . dont mess the great food they are making with the best view . you will never forget this hotel , truse me . |

Excellent view from our room. Friendly and international staff. Very accomodating in all matters. Though the hotel is within the pricing level of comparable other hotels, the general high cost of accomodation and especially the restaurants throughout Switzerland will not likely have me visit again. |

the hotel has very beautiful romantic view of the mountain and the lake, the room size is very specious, the staff is very friendly and they are caring about you personally, nice, relaxing and away from the busy cities. the transportation, you have to know the timing of the bus very well otherwise you end up using very expensive taxi. no fridge in the room. |

The view from our room was the most incredible I've ever seen. The lake is below you and the mountains are in front of you. The room was very nice and the breakfast was good ,again with a great view. I wish we could have stayed there longer. |

Every room here has a balcony with views that are out of this world! Free Wireless Internet in rooms and Restaurant. Fantastic Food, Helpful friendly owners and staff. I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor sun Terrace, again undescribable views. The bus to Interlaken stops right outside, it is a lovely 20 min ride. Leaving! All was perfect. |

Room 26 was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had a bathtub! The kids loved the loft with double bed. The panoramic view across the lake and alps was without obstruction. Very peaceful area. The owners were so very kind and helpful. The staff were all very friendly. Healthy breakfast choices. A little fridge would be nice but you can get ice from the restaurant |

The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the quietness and and old world charm of the hotel. If we are ever back in Interlaken area, we'd return to stay again. |

This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was small enough to ensure that every guest had a personalised experience but big enough to offer all the required facilities like a fabulous restaruant. The hosts Jacqui and Bernard and their staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. The views from every room were amazing! We definitely want to return again. |

Nearly everything! The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. The location is outstanding for views of the Alps and being away from the crowds of Interlaken. The room was very large and very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation during any future visits to the area. The internet was great when it was working...but, it was a bit sporadic during our last few days there. They were very nice about taking our suggestions on re-booting the router and we suggested a different environment set-up for the system for their future. Also, our shower head was leaky and we had to strategically place the shower curtain so that the water would not shoot out to the floor. |

The view from the room. The small village with many sites to see. The central location to the tourist attractions such as the Nedelhorn and the Top of Europe cog train trip. Also the city of Interlaken was a great city to shop. |

The owners, Julie and Bernard who made us very welcome and took so much pride in their hotel. The rooms were lovely and the views over Interlaken were spectacular. We especially loved the food in the restaurant - spectacular! We also loved the location, close to Beatenberg and above Interlaken and close to the cable car which whisks you to the top of some mountain. No complaints at all |
