Helpful & nice staff.Nice resturant in the hotel - tasty food.Very good breakfast.Ask for the 3rd floor during your stay - great view of the mountains & lake.In a walking distance there are more resturants.Wireless in the entire hotel (a public internet access is available in a nearby hotel).They give you a discount card for activities + buses on the region.20min driving from Interlaken. You can hear the people from the other rooms. |

The views were superb. The restaurant was very good. The room was big and confortable, even for three (1 child), with a nice balcony. The relation price/quality was very good for that expensive region. It is 15 minutes by car to Interlaken, but with nice views. |

The view of teh hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a restaurant which has great food. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near many places/towns. |

Owners and staff very helpful and kind. Excellent location if you wish to stay in a quiet place with a wonderful view on the lake !!! Good restaurant. No lobby. Important to know, 15 minutes drive from Interlaken up the mountain, car is recommended, (not a must) if you choose this hotel. |

The view to the lake and fresh air coming from the balckony. The staff and the owner's wife (Jacky) were doing their best to make our stay enjoyable and solve our problems. The hotel is about 12 km from interlaken downtown and most of the road sloped high thru mountain but it is not very dangerous. there is another road but you should not take it because it is very narrow and dangerous. |

We liked the view from the balcony and the friendlinest of the staff. Since the weather was warm we would have prefered lighter weight blankets- so we could layer the blankets as needed. |

Nice hotel with fantastci view to the lake .Hotel owners are so kind avd very helpful in everything .you have to try it . Indeed nothing .everything was good.Maybe some comments : roome in third floor is better ,try to book them becasue of better view to the lake.Since hotel location is a little bit far from some famous activities such as jungfrau and schilthorn ,It is bettter to have a car if you want to try them .Altough hotel gives you card for using bus free of charge ,but it takes your time. |

The overall friendliness of the owners was outstanding and extremely helpful. The meals we had were first class and overall it was a most enjoyable few days we had there. Would have no problem recommending this hotel to anybody. No as it far exceeded our expectations |

staff were excellent, close to a bus station. the room with a balcony it wasn't mentioned that they close after 6 pm in thursday, no body was there, good I called at train station before I arrived to leave the key. htere was no a lake veiw from the room, there was a big, yellow and ugly building standing between the hotel and the lake. there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, I think it was some rotten water. the breakfast was the same every day with no hot food like eggs. |

i you want to be 100% satisfied , stay in this hotel , simply because they have the best view that i have ever seen in my life , and they are very very freindly and they give us more than we expect . dont mess the great food they are making with the best view . you will never forget this hotel , truse me . |

Excellent view from our room. Friendly and international staff. Very accomodating in all matters. Though the hotel is within the pricing level of comparable other hotels, the general high cost of accomodation and especially the restaurants throughout Switzerland will not likely have me visit again. |

the hotel has very beautiful romantic view of the mountain and the lake, the room size is very specious, the staff is very friendly and they are caring about you personally, nice, relaxing and away from the busy cities. the transportation, you have to know the timing of the bus very well otherwise you end up using very expensive taxi. no fridge in the room. |

The view from our room was the most incredible I've ever seen. The lake is below you and the mountains are in front of you. The room was very nice and the breakfast was good ,again with a great view. I wish we could have stayed there longer. |
