阳台上的美景果然是名不虚传！太漂亮了！！房间设施很齐全。员工很热情。只是赶上周四来客房服务只能自助。- wifi也不错，但如果信号再好一点就好了。早餐很丰盛。餐厅的风景也很漂亮。真的如同在画中用餐。

班车有点少。一小时只有一班通往因特拉肯的大巴。只有镇上邮局附近有些小超市和商店。遇到周四餐厅没开的话- 最好在因特拉肯解决好温饱问题再上山。

酒店在Interlaken小镇旁的山上，在酒店阳台，湖光山色尽收眼底。早上可以登上山顶观日出，非常美- 丽。

非常不巧赶上员工周四休息，客房服务得自助。不过酒店员工非常热情。

房间阳台上的风景太美啦！虽然交通比较费周折，但上了山，感受了那份宁静，一切旅途的劳顿都烟消云散了，可- 惜没能多住几天！楼下的餐厅也很好，就像在画中用餐。老板和老板娘都很热情。

房间设施离三星级还是有一定差距的，好在比较卫生

Free parking. Quiet place and amazing view. Spacy room and free water boiler (tea and coffee). Free fruit and warm welcome with chocolate and candles. Kind and helpful owner.

Poor wifi (you can't rely on). Shower area is too small. Safety box is old and deficult to deal with. Bed mattress are uncomfortable, they put 2 mattresses on one bed.

Restaurant was good, Rösti was not.

It was one of the best hotel we stayed in. Great view from balcony. Very friendly owner and the staff. The room was very clean. Mr. Bernhard was very heplful to organise our daily trip. The food was fantastic since we stayed 4 days, we didnt go any other restaurants. We could eat the Swiss special food and as well as the different food from all over the world.

Fabulous hospitality. Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful, hotel owner and his wife pay personal attention to guests. Beautiful views from rooms and around hotel.

Pay attention to location. It may be either positive or negative about hotel, depending on what are you looking for. Location is very calm and beautiful but a little boring.

The staff were fantastic and fiendly nothing was to much bother

It is one of the best hotels i stayed in, simple hotel but so so friendly and very relaxing. The rooms are very private and have a wonderful view.

nothing I dislike

The location was ideal for walking in spring/summer and skiing in winter. Staff were efficient and friendly. The owners were always willing to help with information and advice on the area. Food was excellent. The hotel is listed as 3 star but the food was way above that. The bar area is used by locals who come to play cards, so a lovely local venue feel to the hotel.The views from the bedrooms and the dining area are to die for.

Nice Place, Nice view & Staff.

The view was awesome. It changes every hour. The rooms were clean abd tidy. Room service is very good. What I like about the hotel is its location. Very quite place to rest. Perfect for honeymoons.

The lady from room service was not polite with us.

A fantastic hotel with extremely friendly and helpful owners and staff. Very well run spotlessly clean. Fatantastic food in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and was excellent with homemade jams. On opening the door to the room the views are amazing overlooking a turquoise Lake Thun (Thunersee) and the Eiger monch and Junfrau. Rooms have a balcony with stunning views. Could not rate this place more highly definitely the place to stay in the Bernese Oberland.

Nothing for us it was perfect.

I like the room specially the lake view it’s wonderful , the bed its comfortable , in front dick they too nice and polite with the customer specially miss . Chantal she was very friendly and helpful

There is just one thing I didn’t like it before when I come to the hotel i tried to contact the hotel many times by phone and also by email to get the confirmation of reservation by fax (for visa issue) they didn’t respond

The panoramic view was wounderful even u can't descrip it I saw the pictures but on really the view better than the pictures the owner was friendly the terasse something diffrent sure I recommend this hotel

Very quiet location, in the mountain. The view on the mountains (Jungfaur, Mönch, Eiger, Niesen, ...) is breathtaking; there is a balcony for each room (south exposed, view on the lake and mountain range!). The service is very friendly and kind. The room is spotless and very nice. Free parking in front of the hotel. Near the cable car to Niederhorn. You also receive a visitor card for discounts.
