The staff made us very welcome, and were very helpful. The location was a pleasant, short walk across the canal into town. There was adequate parking. No complaints! |

The view from the rooms is amazing, the hotel located in quite area of interlaken, very close to the city center, the rooms are clean. It is good hotel that i would like to return to 1- there is no air-condion, in hot days, it is porblem.2- there is no real room service.3- it is quite expencive. |

Excellent staff and customer care techniques. Outstanding view for the southern rooms. Very beautiful landscapes of the top of Europe as well as the river. Breakfast is good, including the hall as well. Hotel was recently renovated and we could feel that it has become a 4 star hotel for sure. Breakfast is still lacking free boiled eggs, as they are sold for 2 SFR for each. |

Hotel very close to town centre but no traffic anywhere near. On riverside with free use of nearby indoor and outdoor pools and free bikes for hire from the hotel. Breakfast was good and rooms a good size. Worth getting the river facing rooms. Free car parking on site. There was no air-conditioning, temp reached 35C when we were there. Wi-Fi is not free but there is an internet terminal in reception. |

The room is very clean and the river view is really nice. Only 15 minutes walking to Interlaken main street. Free parking is one of the greatest things in this hotel. No air conditioning, however at night we opened the balcony door to cool the room. In addition, there is no iron/ironing board even if you ask for it they will not allow it in the room. |

Pleasant and helpful staff, flexibility on the dinner menu appreciated. A family run hotel and it shows. Was upgraded (unasked) to the south view room, which was more inspiring that the north view! |

Hotel was friendly and realaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was very good with a lovely selction of bread, cheeses, etc. Location was lovely overlooking the river very nice at breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the afternoon was a nice touch. The hotel was close to town but was situated in quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was a bit small but okay. |

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights,everything is so fantastic.Only the location is a bit down the road frm the main interlaken and its very dark at night if u wish to go back late.however,its a very nice walk in the morning. |
