Breakfast best in Interlaken Quiet and beautiful views

Towels were a bit threadbare

Beautiful view from the room. Reasonable price for a last-minute booking. Very courteous and accommodating staff.

Not quite "in town." takes about a 5-10 minute walk to get to the shopping and dining areas.

Fantastic view, great location to both train station, lovely staff, wish could stay longer.

Nothing to complain, what else you need when you feel you are in the heaven!

The location is good, not far from the west station. Excelent revier view from the room. 风景特别好，早餐的餐厅可以直接看到河流和雪山。房间不大但是干净，值得推荐。

The bathroom is slightly small. Can't think anything esle. I enjoy my stay.

Staff knowledgable and helpful regarding local sights and mountains and how to get there. Good breakfast and views.

The hotel location is absolutely gorgeous ..the view is breathtaking from south facing room .we have stated in superior double room with balcony . The room size is not very big but quite decent . Bathroom is small but very clean .. Train station ( ost) is far nearly 15/20 mns ..breakfast is ok and has eggs with fruits , yoghurt , breads , juice etc etc .. Front office staff Natalie and others are helpful and professional .

1) Staff- the kitchen staff is extremely rude and has no sympathy for small children .I was carrying a baby rice cooker ( modern and electric ) but the staff was very offended when I have requested the food to be cooked in the kitchen in my cooker ...next 2 days of my stay I had no option but to give bottle food.. 2) staff - Maria ( old lady ) is extremely rude towards Asians , she don't even greet Asians and refuse table with view . 3) wifi- if you choose this hotel for wifi then please think again ..wifi does not work at all in the rooms but can be used in the lobby till 10.30 pm

Best part of Goldey is the location of the hotel. One of the few places on the banks of the river with amazing views as you wake up in the morning Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is nice Staff is friendly and very helpful

A little far from the train stations though the staff was prompt and helpful in arranging a taxi for the late night arrival. Nothing really to complain about!

River view superb, staff helpful & friendly, natural & healthy breakfast, pleasant walks in the vicinity, location was very good, ample car park, dryer & basic amenities present in a modest way, 10-15 min walk to city center, extremely quite, room size just enough for two, complementary tea, coffee available both in the lobby & room

The hotel in my opinion is far below the 3 star clasification. I stayed for 2 nights but couldn't sleep couse the beds are not comfortable even the room is the best room type they have. I tried to check out from the first day but due to the fact the hotel is not cooperative they refused unless charging the second night. One serious issue is I found my room door was open when I came from outside after they cleaned the room and this is the first time in my life I felt that I'm staying unsafe. Not much variety for the breakfast. The room and toilet decoration is old and paying 220 frank per day for this hotel is extreemly expensive.

Location is perfect. Suggest if they can provide pick up and drop facility from Railway station. Overall it's value for money.

Location, location,location! Goldey Hotel is perfect to get around on foot as all within walking distance to buses, trains and city centre. The views from our balcony were just amazing and the staff, what can I say? Perfect! Nothing was too much trouble and all were friendly happy to help. No matter whether it was first thing n the morning or late at night, the staff were always smiling and happy. Looking to come but to Switzerland in 3 years time with the kids would would have o problem staying here again.

Goldey Swiss Quality Hotel has super location. My room faced the snow mountain and a beautiful river. The room is very clean. I would also highly recommend the set dinner in the hotel restaurant. Both my kid and I had a great time in the hotel.

Staff in reception desk is very helpful. Free tea-time. Good view seeing the ice mountain and river when enjoying the breakfast.

Quite far away from Interlaken Ost station. And the road is very dark at night, better if you bring a torch with you. The lady in the restaurant does not seem to be happy with her work. Choice of food is limited.

I think this 3 star is extremely good - friendly, simple,clean, peaceful,and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again next time if I visit Interlaken.
