Our room was situated as we had requested. Superb location by the river and with a great view of the mountains. Excellent breakfast choice, particularly the bread selection, cereals, nuts and pulses. Very helpful reception staff. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night which is very important to us.

The hotel is a little lacking in facilities, but there is so much to see in the area that we probably wouldn't have used them anyway! I've seen some comments that the bathrooms are on the small side which is true but it did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel.

Goldey was a great place to stay in, highly recommended. Its a bit away from town; but in walking distance from most happening spots in Interlaken. Bathroom could have been bigger and better equipped. Room had a splendid view of the river and Alps.

Bathroom was too tiny and under equipped.

Near to the river. Excellent view of the mountains & top of Europe. Nice lobby as well as restaurant’s view of the river. Staff were polite and helpful and they smile always.

Breakfast was poor and less than expected. Neither boiled eggs nor sliced vegetables were available. Boiled eggs should be requested separately for 2 Swiss Fr. each. Reception staff claimed when asked about such thing, that Swiss people don't have boiled eggs nor sliced tomatoes & cucumber on their breakfast menus!

This hotel was the best hotel in my whole trip to Switzerland, the room,
the staff, the view from my room and every thing was great... I went to
see most of the other hotels that were recomended to me before but I
really realized that I made the right choice .... setting in the balcony
facing the river and the moutains was more than enough .....

The staff are very nice, they speaking English very well also the location of hotle is wonderful and the Car parking free is avalible near the hotle

there is no one helping you to take your bags, also there is no AC in the Room and the window without Net to prevent Insects, also there is no Minibar inside the room

Our room had a terrific view of the Jungfrau Mountain and adjoining mountains as well as the river. Hotel betweel the two railway stations and convenient to everything. Hotel had tea making facilities, bravo!
