ちょうどピークシーズンということもあってかびっくりするぐらい値段が高かったが、値段に見合う内容は全く- なし。部屋はそこそこ広かったがごくごく普通のビジネスホテル。 値段が高い。駅から遠い。 |

接したスタッフの方々全員が、にこやかに、親切に対応してくださいました。当方の勘違いで、トラブルシュー- ティングのお願をし、色々手を尽くしていただいた後、それが勘違いだったとわかった時も、不満を全く述べら- れず、一緒に「よかった」と喜んでいただいたのが印象的でした。 |

Staffs are friendly to answer the questions and give good recommendatin of the city. Location is good, walking distance to the station but in a quite area. |

View of the mountains. Cleanliness of the room. Helpful staff. A bit far from the train station (both Ost and West). Took us almost 20-25 mins walk with luggages to the hotel. |

The Hotel is very Clean, The Staff was very friendly, and the Location has a very very nice view of the river and the snowing mountain, I really enjoy staying at this Hotel and I recommend everybody to visit it ... Only one thing, the Room and the bathroom size are small ... |

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights,everything is so fantastic.Only the location is a bit down the road frm the main interlaken and its very dark at night if u wish to go back late.however,its a very nice walk in the morning. |

Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Balcony overlooking the river and mountains was great. Breakfast was good. Location was a bit far to walk from the train station. |

The hotel location was the best feature, just beside the lake and 10-15 mts walk from the station..However, the room was little small especially the bathroom. |

Excellent hotel overlooking the river. Great dining room with lovely ambience. Can be difficult to locate on GPS as listed under Unterseen, not Interlaken. |

Great stay! We were there for the Jungfrau Marathon. The staff held the pasta dinner over late for our arrival and breakfast early for the participants. Rooms were clean and quiet with great view. Staff was very friendly especially reception and breakfast servers. |

Excellent hotel in every aspect: very clean, nice room layout, lovely views from the balcony (we had a south-facing room), rich breakfast and, last but not least, competent and friendly staff. A bit expensive, but nevertheless quite good value for money. |

The location of the hotel is very nice on the rever and you can enjoy nice view. All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offer free internet in there computer and free bicycle and free snak (coffe and tee from 3 to 5pm) .We got a perfect room. highly recommended |

Central location, free access to swimming pool at nearby leisure centre and parking A very dated hotel with very basic facilities. Basic buffet breakfast. More importantly there was no a/c even with the windows open it was useless on a hot day/evening. |

it was a nice small hotel but there is no staff after 11 pm and the old lady on the reception looks very rude . breakfast staff was very humble and nice and there is no internet available on the hotel computer after 11 the old lady at the reception and they should leave the computer open 24 hours |

The location of the hotel is superb: very close to downtown Interlaken but very quiet. The restaurant and the living room have a great view to the river Aare and the mountains. Our room was too small and overlooked a parking lot, not what we expected. |

Superb location, overlooking river and mountains beyond. Very well placed for exploring Interlaken and for travelling by train from one of the two Interlaken stations. Lovely bedrooms and restaurant. Recommend rooms facing the river and mountains. Very helpful and well-informed staff. Some noise from the nearby railway bridge as trains cross - which they do very regularly, including late at night and early in the morning. |
