入住的时候免费给我们升级到湖景的房间，带有无敌观景的阳台，坐在阳台上可以直接看到湖水和少女峰，景观非- 常好。酒店设备干净，完善，还写了贴心的明信片，很不错，早餐环境也很好，值得推荐

地方真的不好找，一定要事先做好功课，建议从Interlaken West 下车，这样走路会少一些

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Every query was handled as if you were a family member. Washing done, tickets booked, all with a smile. When you returned, the staff were interested as to how your day went.

The bathroom could be updated.

Very friendly staff. Very good parking in front of the hotel. The hotel has a very beautiful view.

The bathroom for partial mountain view rooms are very tight and without ventilation. Better bathrooms on rooms with view to parking lot.

It is really clean hotel with fair, location, staff and breakfast. It is not wow but nice.

Excellent staff, friendly, Cooperative and helpful. The location is very good, the hotel is by the rover and few minutes walking to the main street that connects the two main train stations. I loved the idea of Providing free bikes for the guests.

No aircon. Limited breakfast selection. No iron in the room, they have a room where u can go to press your clothes but yet, it would have been better if u have it in your room.

Reciption stuff more than frindly, help you always by any way , gust ask location more than good on revir always shows south window few room , to realy enjoy in this hotel breakfast not ok few item for arab pepole frist floor room big balacony but pepole on other room can see you other floor very small balacony but no body can see you

i stayed in many hotel in interakin , i beleave this is right hotel to stay in for sure will come again .

Really warm reception, sweet greeting card, view from our room overlooking Jungfrau and the city itself. Free WiFi (despite of not being mentioned in the hotel description).
