*喜欢它的早餐和吃早餐的阳光房，透过窗户望去，便是满眼的秋意浓浓 *门口的那条小路，被金黄色的秋叶覆盖，走过荡起涟漪与湖面的平静形成对比，很享受，走过一次便不曾离开 *还有免费的自行车可以借用，在小街小巷随意骑行，弥补离商业区较远的小小缺憾~

入住的时候免费给我们升级到湖景的房间，带有无敌观景的阳台，坐在阳台上可以直接看到湖水和少女峰，景观非- 常好。酒店设备干净，完善，还写了贴心的明信片，很不错，早餐环境也很好，值得推荐 地方真的不好找，一定要事先做好功课，建议从Interlaken West 下车，这样走路会少一些

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The mountain bikes are very useful for us. The room for breakfast is very clean and can see the view of Aare river and snow mountain. It is a nice and perfect hotel suitable for holiday.

Reciption stuff more than frindly, help you always by any way , gust ask location more than good on revir always shows south window few room , to realy enjoy in this hotel breakfast not ok few item for arab pepole frist floor room big balacony but pepole on other room can see you other floor very small balacony but no body can see you Old furnture but clean and no smile

really I enjoyed in this hotel, the staffs are very friendly and also the place very nice and really I enjoy even if I stay in my room balcony, also it's very near of Interlaken center (by walking)

Great hotel. The staff was personal and were very helpful with excursions and train connections. We were greeted with a personal note welcoming us. The breakfast buffet included with room had variety and was fresh. We were right on a river that was beautiful blue and it was very peaceful. The hotel had bikes for us to use to ride around the lakes. Would love to go back

The staff was nice and helpful. Location was really good and was easy to be founded. Located close to the city center but in a quite area. Nice surrounding. Noisy fridge in the room.

The location just 5 minutes from the main street. The excellent Breakfast Buffet in a gorgeous Breakfast room with huge windows giving on the river and facing the Jungfraujoch, the free parking in front of the Hotel.

We stayed here with our 18 months old son just for 1 one night. Early morning when we were about to check out my son started crying a lot and the lady manager came upstairs and yelled at us like anything. First of all they should realize a baby cannot be controlled and she should have some kind courteousness towards the guest. Would never expect such kind of behavior from the staff. I have no idea how this hotel has been given good reviews. Few positives are the breakfast buffet was very good and the lady who served us was very courteous. Also Free parking, internet, nice location closer to shops etc. But no A/C I have stayed in so many hotels never had such a terrible experience. I am glad I did not stay more than a day. Will never recommend anyone with kids. Also noticed there are other people who have had similar experience. Poor customer service

I loved the location of this hotel and I enjoyed nice walk along the Canal with my wife. 1 and only thing that I didnt like about this hotel was breakfast. I expected a nicer breakfast in this hotel but I have to say in another cheaper hotel I was served better breakfast.

Excellent staff, friendly, Cooperative and helpful. The location is very good, the hotel is by the rover and few minutes walking to the main street that connects the two main train stations. I loved the idea of Providing free bikes for the guests. No aircon. Limited breakfast selection. No iron in the room, they have a room where u can go to press your clothes but yet, it would have been better if u have it in your room.
