the views and location are spectacular as long as you have a lake view room I would not classify this hotel as 4 star it is a bit basic in the rooms and the food was good but not superb. The hotel is a little bland and needs some paintings to brighten it up. You pay for the view and location which are very good. |

The room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast good, cleanliness great, position perfect and the staff were very nice. A lovely hotel all round. The only minor criticism is the sound proofing. Next door's TV bass was intrusive and disturbing. |

Well positioned for easy access to Montreaux attractions. Ideal size, not too big to be impersonal. Loved the cleanliness of the entrance which set the tone for the rest of the hotel. |

Beautiful hotel in beautiful area but spoiled by adjacent railway line. Rear of Hotel right next to railway lines!!!!!!!!!!! Noise was horrendous. We relocated to a garden room, lakeside, which was better but it was really at basement level and the vibration of trains was considerable. Upgrade was expensive. |

The view The noise. The reception should indicate clearly that the noise level at their hotel is high.. I cannot recommend this to anyone I like.. |

Great hotel, with a nice location on the shores of the lake. Comfortable and elegant interior, in the "belle epoque" style. Delicious breakfast. Nice terrace with small palm trees and an excellent view to the lake and the background mountains. Professional staff. |

Front office staff were very nice, No access to washer or dryer, They do not furnish Ironing board or iron or let you bring one!!!! |

Right next to the Geneva Lake and the walking path along the lake. Good breakfast. The room I stayed was a bit noisy when trains pass at night, but the rooms facing the lake should not have this problem. |

I liked the location of the hotelk very much, i could see the famous promenade and the beautiful lake from my room window. Also, the hotel is very easily approacheable. The Terrace provides a wonderful view. |

The breakfast was good and the view is excellent. It is just next to the lake and walking along the lake in the evening is very relaxing It mentioned city view in the hotel description but it is basically facing the train line with the city view room. The noise of trains passing was bad. Woke us up a few times at night. As it is summer time, we had to leave the window open too. |

I stayed there two years ago and the place was still as good as it was. The view is great, rooms are spacious, food in the restaurant is good they should put fridges in the room, beds needed more pellows. Also, the breakfast was much limited in variety than how it was two years ago. |

Rooms were great and had fantastic views of Lake Geneva and the mountains. Had several instances where our drinks order was incorrect. Would also recommend booking parking space. |
