モントルーの街で湖に面したホテルとしては価格も手頃で設備も良く、スタッフも親切で、このホテルは今回2- 度目の滞在ですが好きなホテルです。 冷蔵庫、コーヒーセットがないのが少し残念。 |

Lake Viewの部屋だったので、景色が良かったがあいにくの雨でした。遊歩道が整備されていてション城へは、徒- 歩で気持ち良く行けた。徒歩１０分弱のところにカジノがあり、賑わっていた。規模もそこそこで、喫煙室が設- けられており、フロアーは禁煙。カジノにしては空気が良かった。５５ＣＨＦの日替わり夕食メニューはおいし- かった、 綺麗に改装されたバスルーム以外は、四つ星とは思われないほど部屋は貧弱で、一世紀前のホテルという感じ。- もちろん、バスロープ、スリッパ、歯ブラシはなし。でも貴重品ボックスはあり。駅からのアクセスも分かりに- くい。 |

Luxurious rooms, beautiful outlook, close to the Christmas market, stunning views of lake and Alps.They take dogs (2 mimi-Schnauzers). Best of all, I left my watch and earrings behind and they called for us to collect them before they closed - wonderful. |

The hotel was really cool, with a great location above the Lausanna lake shore, easy to reach and at 5 minutes walking from the christmas markets. The room was clean, well isolated, the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was really abundant and with a gorgeus view on the lake. Anything, maybe the lack of parking, but we found a free one just 2 hundreds meters far.. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything I asked of them, they helped me. It has free internet wireless allover the hotel and my computer logged on immediately. The room itself was adequate. I found it quite stuffy and had to open the windows and this was in the winter. Fair in cleanliness but nothing more. A few toiletries were provided however no slippers. The hotel exuded a old faux-luxury. Things like the flowers were fake and the fixtures quite basic for a '4 star' The hotel itself is quite far from the city centre. You would need to take the bus. Which would be 4 stops away. I would like have liked slippers in the room as none were provided. For a 4 star hotel the room service was non-existent and shuts down in the early evening. I had to check out very early at 7am so missed out on breakfast, which started at 7am. All in all I got a good price but I would not choose to stay here again. |

The location - directly beside the lake with views across it to the snow-topped mountains, and yet only a short walk to the vibrant centre of Montreux. The Christmas market was in full swing. Restaurant expensive, although good quality. |

Nothing at all. Nosy (close to trains lane), Bill was written in French, Charged for baby cots without mentioning that when checked in, Breakfast choices were limited, bathroom door, room smile, no one will help you in carrying your luggage. I think 2 stars is more than enough for this hotel. |

room is clean, quite big and has a nice view. the distance of the hotel is a bit far from the train station (not a big deal. i can take a bus. only 2-3 bus stops). Some staffs (especially, receptionists and some head staffs) are not friendly. sometimes, they act like I beg them for a place to stay. However, those waiters and waitress are nice and friendly (if they own the hotel, it will be better). Eventhough the room is nice, I won't go back to this hotel again. |

A good filling of privetcy and luxury and good breakfest, like in some other good hotels, and the steff are very kind,we enjoyed being thier every moment' and recomend to friends to come for a nice vacation. noting that i can remember, just the good things. |

the views and location are spectacular as long as you have a lake view room I would not classify this hotel as 4 star it is a bit basic in the rooms and the food was good but not superb. The hotel is a little bland and needs some paintings to brighten it up. You pay for the view and location which are very good. |

The room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast good, cleanliness great, position perfect and the staff were very nice. A lovely hotel all round. The only minor criticism is the sound proofing. Next door's TV bass was intrusive and disturbing. |

Well positioned for easy access to Montreaux attractions. Ideal size, not too big to be impersonal. Loved the cleanliness of the entrance which set the tone for the rest of the hotel. |
