Very nice room that was within walking distance of the train station and the schloss. WiFi only in the lobby

Center accommodation for trip to Zermatt,Lausanne,Vevey,Montreux,Bern. Budget Inn. Near Glis, saltina bus stop. Not so far from Brig railway station by walking. In my room I cannot use Internet via LAN port . Free wifi was around the lobby only.

The location is not far from Brig Bahnhof.Value for money. No microwave to warm some food.In my room,there was no Internet signal via lan port.

The hotel is quite good and well known in Brig. Room is clean and new. Staff there are affable and warmhearted. A little bit far from the railway station, not easy to find the location for the first time.

Breakfast was adequate and staff in dining room were friendly and helpful. Good location, not too far to walk to the station even with luggage WiFi only available in lobby, not in rooms Not able to control temperature in room so got very hot and uncomfortable overnight. Bathroom had a foul odour of sewerage and staff member who came to investigate was very unhelpful and not willing to move us to another room.

Surrounding...quiet...relax....near train station convenient....like the buildings...etc... Check in time got to wait...not so friendly...no hot water in hotel room not conventient....no internet access in hotel room not convenient too...can improve further...no facilities to hang around in hotel...

Clean room with big flat screen, offering lots of channels. Very spacious and huge room for breakfast. No electrical water heater, no visible heating although the room temperature is OK.

location was great The lady at the reception counter on the 18th Morning at around 11 am was not at all friendly and was talking in an abrupt way and no smiles , may be these are staff hired and put on the job with out any training. not at all professional. breakfast was poor , in fact i would say very poor . Funny enough they had a 600 capacity huge breakfast room with no selection of items. Met a temporary staff ( housewife ) was very professional and showed lots of hospitality , probably the reception staff should take a look at her. The heater did not work in room 214.
