bed was a little too hard

The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and has a nice street appeal. Easy to walk about the area leading to the lake and old town.

Considering the rate and category the common areas of this hotel were filthy and worn out. It was disgusted seeing the level of stains and worn out conditions on the way to our room. The doorman parked our car and in the morning we were presented with a 45CHF bill for doing so. Guests should be made aware of such an expensive parking rate.

The central location on the Bahnhofstrasse was very convenient. The staff were courteous, attentive to our needs and helpful.

The beds were very firm.

Veryy convinient as close to station and on Banhoff

Yes,some of the men receptionists were very discourteous and rude.

Pleasent atmoshpere and good staff. i would love to stay in this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. From the airport on the train and a 3 minute walk from central stattion you will find this Hotel. Shopping "the swiss way" is on your doorstep yet it is still close to the lake for wonderfull walks. Restaurants are close by as well. The room was clean, beds were a bit hard but comfortable, bathroom with bathtub was ok.

I think the room was very expensive, even with the 50% discount, i would have expected a larger and more luxurious room for this kind of price. The television (small flatscreen) was located on a weird spot and the chanel choise was poor. The movie on demand were confusely displayed and no choice at all. This should be better.
