Otel bir hayli eski ve uzun zamandır yenilenmemiş, oda mobilyalarından ve banyo ekipmanından başlayarak yine klasik tarzda yenilenmesi gerekir. |

We had booked a superior room, however, the room we've got was the size of a standard room. Still not convinced we've got the right one, although I checked with the staff and they confirmed the cattegory of the room. |

very good hotel in great location and very attentive staff. We forgot something at the hotel and it was couriered same day so it reached us in Lausanne next morning. |

The Hotels location could not have been better, the staff were very helpfull and professional. Altogether a pleaseant stay. I would recommend the Hotel to friends and colleagues and do expect to stay there again in the near future with my wife/partner. |

Excellent location n service which is come with the price that we wouldn't mind. My holiday trip to Switzerland with 3 seniors member became very easy especially the service from the hoyel porter to bring the lugages fr the hotel up to the train. I def. recommend this hotel n will return for my next visit. The pillows, needed variation of pillows. |

This hoel is well located for acess to the business and shopping areas of Zurich. Service was mediocre. After half an hour wait I brought my own bags to. I think that our room was in an annex of the hotel (B) number.The room was small with motel quality furnishings.The Bath was 1930s grim. No rubber pads on the deep tub base (slipped twice tryind to climb out). Hotel elevator ancient. |

Not much- location great. Found front door entry tied & worn. Didn't like that the outdoor cafe as you use main entry doors to service the cafe. Found the Reception Desk furniture worn & uninviting. Lift area & lifts tied outdated. We got stuck in lift for 1/2 hr. No apologies, nothing was fixed because other guests complained too. Found the hallways carpet especially on 5th floor filthy & very uninviting. The furniture is old & outdated. Found only a couple of reception staff friendly, others quite unhelpful. Eg: Asked 3 times for an iron, said they would send one up never received one in the 5 days we were there. Saying all this we love Zurich & will return but not to the St Gotthard. Hope you get your act together. |

Bedroon...nice clean quite, otside tables looking at people waking and having a drink. outside was the best Yes.....4.30 5 in de morning i callled for roon service....asking for 1 bottle of water......they say ok 50,00 fr ???? this is an absurd 50 fr for a bottle of water????? |

The service was very good. The room elegant and it was conveniently located to everything in downtown Zurich. I would definitely stay there again. There were steps (about 6) to get to our room on the same floor, with many heavy bags it was difficult to maneuver. Elevators worked between floors and airconditioning was available, although it was very cool for the beginning of August. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly and The location is really good, The pillows could be more comfortable and the cartin is very bad you must wake up with the sun rise,there is some room big and some small with same prise,too expensive ,he elevator very bad |

The location is really good,just perfect - right on Banhofshtrasse street and very easy access to the train station (just few minuts from it). The personal is very helpful! The bed is soooo comfortable! i loved it! The breakfast is really expensive. The room could be cleaned better. |
