I like service staying the same high level many years

it's being under constractions right now

There are few steps at the entrance of your hotel. We had heavy baggage at that time. We hope that entrance is flat with the outside ground.

Location and quality of sevices

Excellent location, center of city and close to rail station

Rooms are a little tired

it is a beautiful hotel centrally located and very near the main station

The lady in the breakfast's room who walked the extra mile for me. Very professionnel, willing to make me happy.

The gentleman at the reception's desk who was more concerned with his files than welcoming me as a client. I was clearly not his priority.

Excellent location, one block from the main train station and on a nice walking street for shopping. An interesting, one mile walk to the lake. Charming, cozy rooms.

The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. They seemed to be in a hurry and a bit dismissive.

Their bed was really comfortable. For someone who has chronic backpai, there is nothing better than finding comfortable bed.

The room was a little bland. When you something is called a "deluxe" room, you have a certain expectation, which in this case was not met.

The room is clean and wide, and very comfortable to stay.

Chinese-style decorations on the wall in the room are somewhat bad taste. Pure Swiss look is much desirable.

Your staff at the front desk provided me with the very best of any 5 star hotel service I have ever experienced. Particularly Elisabeth and Mahmood.

Breakfast in the restaurant is not something to brag about. I would rate it a 6 on a scale of 1-10.
