Trés bonne réception . Bonne cuisine et service La chambre un peu petite, côté montagne, même à ce prix. Une grande chambre avec vue côté vallée nous aurait plus donné le désir de revenir chez vous.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, calme. Nous avons pu bénéficié d'un upgrate avec une chambre avec la vue sur le golf. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Lage ist schön, direkt am Loch 16 des Golf Kurses und Zentral um ins Dorf zu gelangen. Das Hotel hat dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Wir waren für das Euorpean Golf Masters da und der Preis war in keinem Verhältnis zur Ausstattung des Zimmers und 5* Hotel würdig.

le calme, le golf accessible pour se balader (hors usage/neige). lors de la réservation, il s'agissait d'une offre booking. La chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif. Elle était orientée plein nord, sans aucune vue sur les montagnes. Les drapeaux sombres de l'hôtel étaient devant les fenêtres ce qui assombrissait d'autant plus. Nous avons pu avoir une autre chambre pour un supplément de Frs 100.- par nuit. Grand Hôtel du Golf et Palace... la dénomination est à revoir... De plus les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient fermés. Si les offres de prix sont pour ce genre de réservation ça ne vaut pas le coup.

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchs Band sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ebenso sind sie auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und haben diese prompt umgesetzt. Die Behandlungen (Gesichtspflege, Haarentfernung) im spa waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Golfcourt: ein Mix aus neu und alt - uns gefiel es gut. Für Familien gut geeignet aufgrund der Verbindungstüren. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentrumsnah (3-4 min.) und trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Zone abgeschieden. - WIR WÜRDEN WIEDER GEHEN! - Informativ: Kunden welche ein top-modernes, ein auf den neusten Stand renoviertes 5-Sternehaus (in allen Belangen - sprich: das fängt mit dem abgenützten Türdrückerbrett der Haupteingangstüren des Hotels an und geht weiter mit z:B. Kalkrückständen an der Indoorpooldecke) verlangen, könnte dieses Hotel eventuell nicht genügen - die neueren Zimmer sind jedoch schön! (Wenn auch baulich nicht die absolute Spitzenklasse, doch auf einem hohen Stand) - alles in allem: insgesamt hatten wir also einen überaus zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
