not all staff at the hotel speak good english, which is a bit dissapointing for a 5 star luxury hotel. Otherwise - excellent experience!

The girls love the thermal bath, especially the outdoor pool. We all like the restaurants and the breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable

Extremely helpful staff and much of the hotel has been extensively renovated. The spa facilities are superb. The äbtestube gourmet restaurant leaves to be desired. I can not recommend it at all. It is just horribly expensive and the very hard trying staff can not improve the poor taste of the food.

It is warm thermal water spa, it is conected to medical center for Doctor and physical thearapy treatment. It is recomended as one of the best resort in Europe for the same reasons mentioned above..

Excellent and fantastic location,enjoyed the stay.Rooms are comfortable and the facilities are excellent and of a superior order.Staff was very helpful and courteous.Have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to my friends and business associates.Looking forward to our next visit.

Since several years I go with the family for a few days to the Grand Resort. It is one of the only hotels where the standard keeps the same. Great service, good food and well kept rooms. Just perfect!

very fancy and elegant hotel,the swiming pool ,sauna and spa complex are amazing.very good brekfast and nice rooms. the hotel prices are to much high.the hotel staff dont let the guests stay in the spa facilitiys after check out time or to have late cheek out.

The spa and massage facilities were good, although only 1 out of 3 massages was excellent. The staff was over friendly and almost insistent while not particularly efficient. Some things did not work in the room.

персонал в ресепшн работает высококлассно, хорошие термы. в ресторане бел эйр крайне слабое исполнение блюд, не заслуживает тех баллов го милле, о которых говорится в рекламе. в ресторане намун хорошая кухня, советую посетить его. в качестве предупреждения - в обоих ресторанах официанты приписывают к счету блюда, которые вы не брали, поэтому будьте внимательны - на 50-80 евро могут добавить от себя.видимо в целом политика такая.

Sehr nettes Personal, am Empfang, Im SPA, beim Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum und der Spa absolut super. Leider war der Aufenthalt zu kurz und ich komme wieder.

горы, спа, бассейн с термалтой водой, красочный вид из окна, изысканная кухня. , проблема: потрье открыл наш номер постороннему человеку, которую мы увидели открыв дверь. пожилая женщина собиралась ложиться спать в нашем номере.

Die Gastronomie. Das Essen im Restaurant Bel Air war gut, entsprach jedoch bei Weitem nicht 15 GaultMillau-Punkte. Das Essen im Restaurant Namun (13 GaultMillau-Punkte) war, milde gesagt, schlecht. Ein Meeresfrüchte Curry mit Surimi war der absolute Tiefpunkt!

Wir fühlen uns immer gut aufgehoben und erholen uns auch bei kurzem Aufenthalt gut. Unser Vierbeiner , Ella, ist der gleichen Meinung. Sie liebt den grossen Park. Ein wirklich bequemer Stuhl fehlt für meinen Mann mit Rückenproblemen.Wir haben auch schon einen STuhl gemietet aber das lohnt sich nur fär einen längeren Aufenthalt

真正的5星级酒店,5星级服务.温泉区非常漂亮,尤其酒店客人专署的,人很少.服务很好. 唯一不满意的是我们3对一起去的,付的一样的钱,但是房3个房间之间的差距比较大.其实单看都不错,只不过有差距就会心里不舒服.

“Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and super clean and quiet. We were bike riding in area and walking. Spa handy. A lovely last night to our trip in Europe. We actually cooked a meal in our room in a well equipped little kitchen area which added to the savings side to things.
