Location // Opposite the lakes. Booked a suite on booking.com for a good rate. When I checked in, the hotel staff mentionned that I have been allocated a double rm and that the rate was too good for a suite and they could therfore not give me what was booked. I was therefore not given what I booked and per confirmation. I would have expected that cheap attitude from a 1-2 star hotel and not the KEMPINSKI..So beware you guys.. |

Concierge and staff very friendly and helpful.Perfect location but like the older style architecture such as the Hotel D'Angleterre next door. No.It is luxurious. |

prompt room service, extremely quiet rooms, very good location, very helpful concierge service, well appointed rooms fees for phone use with credit cards, no newspaper, no breakfast included as is usual in Switzerland, no safe in the room |

great location, friendly staff No information on tourist activities in the rooms nor at the reception. The concierge at the lobby can provide some info, however, we didn't find the person very helpful. Should place leaflets with sightseeings, tours, etc in the rooms |
