location... style .. yes, 1st the room was not clean enough .. 2nd the Value for money - very expensive.. 3rd The room was not looking at the lake.. i paid 850E per night But what i got is .. the back side view .. Last.. our bag did not sent to our room even after i checked in for an hour.. then i gone down to the loby to find my bag.. thanks |

very good location, close to shopping and business, central. Chinese restaurant excellent. Service should improve to the level of a luxury hotel. More attention to details, like hot water supply in the shower. When complained, not sufficient attention was given. |

The location of the hotel and the bar on the 2:nd level was perfekt. Upon arrival at 12.10 I could not get my room and had to wait until after my meeting and change in the lobby toilet.Room service woke me up 8.15 in the morning by knocking and opening the door, no bacon at breakfast, A/C went on and off with a bang every 10-15 min, and a general difficulty to orientate myself at the hotel to find my room. |

What I liked was the spacious room, and it is very comfortable. They have not looked at the people coming with kids. Their are no programs in free to air channels for kids. The other thing that I reallly found bad was food in the hotel is very poor. I think they need to send chefs for training... |

Sehr netter Service, tolle Lage, ein wunderschönes Wochenend-Hotel. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut. Bei geringer Einstellung wurde es schnell zu warm. Schade war das Schwimmbad geschlossen. |

La posicion. Es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Me hicieron esperar mas de una hora para darme mi cuarto, algo que no deberia de pasar cuando estas pagando mas de 500 dolares la noche. |

Un grande albergo istituzionale sul fronte lago di Ginevra essenzialmente dedicato ad una clientela internazionale business.Bella la piscina interna progettata con stile moderno. Assente tuttavia la sauna ed il bagno turco. Valido lo staff della reception. |

die lage war super und auch die zimmer und das personal waren sehr freundlich die vielen jugentlichen die um morgens 02.00 uhr sehr laut auf den gängen waren und überall erbrochen haben,zu viel alkohol für die jugendlichen. im zimmer neben meiner schwester feierten sie morgens um 03.00 uhr eine party. sehr unruhige nächte. im china restaurant wurde man richtig abserviert, alles musste schnell gehen,damit die nächsten gäste wieder platz hatten,das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen sehr hecktisch. |
