Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva  

Ambiente elegante y refinado. Personal del hotel con excelente educacion y servicio. El hotel alberga la mejor discoteca de la ciudad. Increíble la piscina de 25m donde poder hacer unos largos a solas todas las mañanas! Una gran experiencia. Voy a volver.

Me ha gustado por que es un hotel moderno, muy comodo y bien situado con amplias habitaciones y muy bien cuidado.

I like the bidet in the bathroom, the swimming pool and the fact that there was a hair saloon and spa in the hotel. Also the location of the hotel right across the street from the boat station was very convenient to take a boat across the lake rather than an expensive taxi.

It didn't have a coffee machine in the room while even a 4 star hotel these days have them. It was also kind of expensive.

It is nice hotel with fantastic atmosphere. Relatively, near to every place in Geneva with lake view.

Not all the room has lake view.

We had a very bad experience in Kempinsiki. At 2:30am in the morning, one staff broke into our room with the key. And we asked what he was doing, he didn't say anything. The next day, we complaint to the manager, and their explanation was that this staff was going to prepare the bed for another room (which is quite opposite way to our room!!! And 2:30am in the morning for preparing the bed!!).. We did not expect a 5 Star hotel provided such bad services! And do remember to lock your door if you stay in Kempinski Geneva!!

they have new design rooms, but my booking was for the classic rooms wich was not shown on the site booking.com, and the view was not to the out side its to in side the hotel caffee, it was noisy but was ok. So if you book this hotel make sure you do not take classic rooms.

the breakfast resturant view was excellent and the fod was good.

Room service and specifically did not take into consideration my requests

It was comfortable, good quality of spa and restaurants.

Service personnel disrespected us. We have been angry at them. Also, you took 500 franks for nothing. Someone noised in next door but we must pay. We'll never stay in your hotel again.

I like the comfort of the room and the hotel services with the lake view , also kindness and profissionality of the front desk clerks , and the boat service from the hotel to center city ( old city ) .

The value of food is less for you pay , it's very expensive !!

Excellent location, very cooperative staff and has excellent food.

Hotel is great , queit , and clean

Far from city center and shopping streets. No public transportation close by except Taxis. So one will walk for 15 min at least to get To the nearest shopping centers.

the electronic fridge is not good specially with young children n rooms are very small

Location, breakfast - all is perfect. The spa is vert O.K.

Service in lounge bar may be much better Value for monney is O.K. with booking.com
