Sentralt, jeg har bodd tidligere på samme hotel, good service Bodde på rom 4472 - 2 soveputer burde være tilgjengelig, dusjen var uten belysning og generelt noe primitiv I forhold til rom prisen |

Hotellet lå sentralt i byen med nærhet til fjorden. Fint med restauranter på hotellet. Og frisør få hotellet var bra. Dere burde ha opplyst at hotellets svømmebasseng og fitnesssenter var under oppussing. Vi bestillte dette hotellet nettopp pga dette.Så vi ble skuffet av det. |

What I liked was the spacious room, and it is very comfortable. They have not looked at the people coming with kids. Their are no programs in free to air channels for kids. The other thing that I reallly found bad was food in the hotel is very poor. I think they need to send chefs for training... |

The location of the hotel,the comfort and the cleanliness of the rooms When we arrived ,they tried to give us some rooms that we didn't like and asked for more money to change them but after some times they accepted to accomdate us in the rooms that were as our expectation without any more increase `. |

Elegant and modern hotel. Top class bar. Good location. Five stars hotel: I ordered three red roses and when I arrived there were no roses in my room. I asked in order to receive them but the staff was not interested (both the receptionist and the concierge). I had to go out and find a shop myself. Five stars hotel....incredible! I'm sorry but there is no friendly atmosphere. |

I liked the elegance and confort of the room Only the fact that the gym and pool were being reconstructed and could not be used, but of coarse this is understandable. |

We arrived late evening at the hotel, there was no room, no booking for us. The hotel was fully booked, we had to share a room. Hotel did't find another hotel for us, very poor explication why they didn't make a booking, only saying not to have received the booking request. Excellent facility & location but poor service of quality. They found later the booking request from booking.com but no applogize to us for forgetting the booking. As they had only a dbl room, we shared it, they asked us the dbl-room tariff at the check-out, even though they'd promised the tariff for a single room. Bad communication between the sfatts! |

Location OK , but very expensive.Breakfast also expensive. Clima control dont work, room very cold and cant change to a warm position. Old Electric radiator was the solution for a 5 star Hotel. |

They give us dirty room,lady in reception by phone was unpolite. By breakfast there was terrible mess, few waiters were runnig around the tables , but You have to wait for a cup of coffee about 15 minutes. |

Location // Opposite the lakes. Booked a suite on booking.com for a good rate. When I checked in, the hotel staff mentionned that I have been allocated a double rm and that the rate was too good for a suite and they could therfore not give me what was booked. I was therefore not given what I booked and per confirmation. I would have expected that cheap attitude from a 1-2 star hotel and not the KEMPINSKI..So beware you guys.. |

Concierge and staff very friendly and helpful.Perfect location but like the older style architecture such as the Hotel D'Angleterre next door. No.It is luxurious. |

Silenzioso durante la notte, buon servizio delle cameriere,bella piscina, ottima la carne del ristorante Grill, bella la posizione sul lago. Acqua della piscina decisamente troppo fredda, aspetto generale dell'arredamento dell'albergo forse troppo moderno e freddo. |
