The best location in Geneve Unbelievable rip-off and poor services of staffs. Hotel facilities and value for the money is so terrible that I would rather not to visit Geneve again.

I like the bidet in the bathroom, the swimming pool and the fact that there was a hair saloon and spa in the hotel. Also the location of the hotel right across the street from the boat station was very convenient to take a boat across the lake rather than an expensive taxi. It didn't have a coffee machine in the room while even a 4 star hotel these days have them. It was also kind of expensive.

It is nice hotel with fantastic atmosphere. Relatively, near to every place in Geneva with lake view. Not all the room has lake view.

We had a very bad experience in Kempinsiki. At 2:30am in the morning, one staff broke into our room with the key. And we asked what he was doing, he didn't say anything. The next day, we complaint to the manager, and their explanation was that this staff was going to prepare the bed for another room (which is quite opposite way to our room!!! And 2:30am in the morning for preparing the bed!!).. We did not expect a 5 Star hotel provided such bad services! And do remember to lock your door if you stay in Kempinski Geneva!!

they have new design rooms, but my booking was for the classic rooms wich was not shown on the site booking.com, and the view was not to the out side its to in side the hotel caffee, it was noisy but was ok. So if you book this hotel make sure you do not take classic rooms. the breakfast resturant view was excellent and the fod was good.

It was comfortable, good quality of spa and restaurants. Service personnel disrespected us. We have been angry at them. Also, you took 500 franks for nothing. Someone noised in next door but we must pay. We'll never stay in your hotel again.

I like the comfort of the room and the hotel services with the lake view , also kindness and profissionality of the front desk clerks , and the boat service from the hotel to center city ( old city ) . The value of food is less for you pay , it's very expensive !!

Hotel is great , queit , and clean Far from city center and shopping streets. No public transportation close by except Taxis. So one will walk for 15 min at least to get To the nearest shopping centers.

They called us in the usa to let us know they did not in fact have a free airport shuttle service, as had been advertised on the internet and was one of the reasons we chose it, and that we would have to get a cab instead. The location is excellent, with a view of the jet d'eau in Geneva. The balcony restaurant had very good food with a lovely view over the lake and the jet d'eau. It is ridiculously expensive. They added vat and lord knows what else to our final bill, which added about 20% to the quoted price. The front desk and service people were a little too programmed and impersonal. The rooms have too much high tech. Equipment and too many explanatory pamphlets; it could take a day to figure it all out. One pamphlet was given us by the evening maid which reminded us not to "forget" her, which we assumed meant to leave a tip. There was also a reminder about the day time maid. It took about 20 minutes to figure out how to use the tv.

“I have travelled with my wife ....Where to start .... Everything was great ... I have travel allot , I can say this one of the best . Staff are soooo friendly and helpful... Their welcoming was great ... One of the staff went up to the room with us and explain every single thing in the room ... They give us a great welcoming drink .. Room was super clean ...they put a chocolate on the bed evey day ( great one and other type on the next day ) ...they clean the room twice a day ...location is great ad well...
