Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. |

New spa, breakfast The rooms you get by booking at booking.com are not like on fotos but much (8 years) older. At reception they explaned me that we book rooms at spesial price, so we do not get the new ones. Then why dont they present pictures of the rooms we actually get?????? |

The Spa area and the opening duration of it was very convinient. The dress code of jacket and tie for diner is oldfashioned - as wearing it always at business we prefer to not wear it during holidays. So we selected other restaurants. The TV set in the room works but's it's an old CRT type with very poor videotext. This shall be replaced by a state of the art model at a five star hotel. |

Décor magnifique très bien conservé, avec ajout de l'agrément d'un spa exceptionnel (la vue sur les montagnes est magique !). Les petits déjeuners sont remarquables, avec d'excellentes confitures maison. Personnel très aimable, accueil chaleureux. Impossibilité d'activer la douchette de la baignoire. |

Der Wellnessbereich war einsame spitze. Und das Morgenbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen, da war wirklich jeder bedient. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Zimmerservice super. Das Zimmer war unglaublich schön und der Ausblick fantastisch. |

Das Spa Das Zimmer war zum Eingang raus und neben dem Aufzug: zu laut!. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin sagte man uns, daß wenn wir über booking.com buchen, wir nicht die besten Zimmer erwarten können! Das sei bei Dírektbuchung anders! Wir könnten auch kein anderes Zimmer haben, da man ausgebucht sei, was definitiv nicht stimmte. Schade! |

Der stilvoll restaurierte klassiche Bau, das Zimmer 630, der Spa-Bereich, unaufdringlicher Service, die Lage Manchmal mehr Hunde als Gäste im Aufzug. Im Frühstück sind zwar meist zwei bis drei Oberkellner, der Service aber wenig effektiv und eher zufällig. Keine aufmerksamen Blicke, kein Koch am Frühstücksbüffet. |

Dieses Hotel gehört ja gem. Zeitungsbericht zu den führenden 15 5*Hotels der Schweiz - zu recht ! Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel (auch äusserlich) mit freundlichem Service (Reception, Barbereich etc.), tollen Aufenthaltsräumen, schönen Zimmern (auch bei Standardkategorie) und einem exklusivem Spa-Bereich (Hallenbad, Saunen etc.). |

Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön. Die Wellnessanlage ist jedoch unschlagbar. Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Schade war, dass einige Mitarbeiter kein oder nur wenig Deutsch verstanden. Zudem zankten sich das Servicepersonal im Grand Restaurant manchmal vor den Gästen (auf italienisch). Dies vermutlich weil sie glaubten, man würde sie nicht verstehen. Das Barpersonal war zu langsam und unkonzentriert. |
