From the moment that we arrived we received excellent service. I had barely removed the keys from my rental car and the concierge was organising our baggage and parking our vehicle. Our room was huge and had beautiful views of the mountains and glaciers. The Hotel itself is steeped in history and the formalities -such as a dinner jacket in the restaurant - were worth the extra effort and ensured a charming "somewhere in time" ambience. We travelled through Europe for two months and the Hotel Kronenhof will definately be remembered as one of the highlights of our trip. |

Outstanding personal service and the best concierge service (more than one) ever. Other staff all greet you, often by name. Breakfast buffet up with the best with a fine range of local cheese and bread. Large room with wonderful view to glacier and a great spa. Compared to the rest of the hotel, our room furnishing was.. uninspired.. ; hotel has no air conditioning which in August made for warm nights. And all this is expensive of course. |

Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. |

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, sauber, schön, luxuriös, schöner Speisesaal im Originalstil gehalten, tolle Wellnessanlage, es ist angenehm, dass der Saunabereich nach Geschlechtern getrennt ist. |

Sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, super Konfort, sehr schöne Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume, prima Frühstücksbuffet, super tolles Wellnessangebot und Privatbad, gratis Pass für alle Bahnen inkl. Seilbahnen im Engadin, gute Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto Speisen- und Getränkepreise |

Bellissima la spa, ne ho visitate altri di hotel con questi servizi ma questo non lo batte davvero nessuno. Bellissima la stanza relax con acqua e riflessi azzurri sul soffitto. |

Accueil très correct. Personnel de chambre humble et extrêmement gentil. Personnel du restaurant très hétéroclite (les jeunes sont très bien et les superviseurs mettent parfois un climat de "non-détente"... à mon avis pas forcément nécessaire. Oui: la direction oblige les gens qui mangent dans la belle salle de repas de porter un veston. Il me semble qu'une belle chemise ferait aussi l'affaire...non? Je trouve dommage de devoir "subir" une telle obligation, à mon avis un peu obsolète pour dire que nous écrivons l'an 2009. |

Das Ambiente war sehr entspannend auf einem hohen Niveau. Das Spa ist sehr empfehlenswert. Concierge ist sehr professionell! Gewisse Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception sind teilweise unaufmerksam. |
