Everthing including the rooms and the view were perfect. Breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Very good shuttle service to and from the train station. Staff was very helpful and informative. |

Its location is within walking distance from railway station. It has excellent view of the Matterhorn. Uniqueness is the walk into the hillside to the lift lobby. It would be great if the hotel can provide a kettle for boiling water. |

The location of the hotel was amazing as it must have had the best view of the Matterhorn in Zermatt, we asked for a room at the front of the hotel and had a spectacular view. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you, it also has an elevator which takes you down the mountain into Zermatt. The hotel pickup service was excellent and very prompt |

Well appointed accomodation & general level of service Smoking permitted in bar area made it uninhabitable for non-smokers at times. In the evening, service in Dining room was rather slow (but staff very courteous and apologetic). Please note, value for money response above adversley affected by relatively high cost of Dining in the evening. |

Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Matterhorn. Ansonsten war der Preis fürs Zimmer absolut nicht gerechtfertigt (und das Hotel verdient auch keine 4 Sterne). Als wir um ca. 12.30h ankamen konnten wir das Zimmer nicht in sauberem Zustand beziehen (Putzpersonal war dann beim Mittagessen...). Das Personal war leider "durchs Band" nicht besonders freundlich. Man spürte förmlich das Saisonende... / Warum steht auf dem Tisch ein leerer Teller mit einem Messer drauf? Hätte man da nicht 1-2 Äpfel platzieren können? Generell: "Grüetzinis" sind nicht erwünscht. |

Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer auf das Matterhorn war einfach gigantisch, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet sehr umfangreich und gut. |

Nous avons passé un wee-kend très agréable dans cet hôtel soigné et de grande qualité, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, la vue sur le Cervin est superbe avec un grand balcon, les lits sont très bien, le déjeuner est copieux et avec des produits de qualité. Le spa était ouvert et très bien équipé, un hôtel à recommander. la limite du temps fixé à 10.30 h. le dimanche matin pour prendre le petti déjeuner, un peu court et de préférence fixé à 11.00 h. |
