The view from the window was just superb (should choose Matterhorn view rooms!). Pick-up service from the station was very nice although conveniently located. |

Very nice room, large and comfortable.Hotel is in a very nice location,10 minutes walk from the train station, and with a nice view to the town of zermatt and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was a bit poor. |

The food and staff were excellent. The location was idyllic and afforded spectacular views over the town and towards the Matterhorn. It was exceedingly convenient for access to both the Gornergrat Bahn and Sunnega Funicular, allowing the ski day to start with ease. The ability to ski to the front door of the hotel at the end of the day was also most welcome. |

Zermatt is great location for ski. The hotel was well located between Sunega and Gornegrat train, very good wellness area, very polite and helpfull staff. The dinner was interesting and very well presented. |

Everthing including the rooms and the view were perfect. Breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Very good shuttle service to and from the train station. Staff was very helpful and informative. |

Its location is within walking distance from railway station. It has excellent view of the Matterhorn. Uniqueness is the walk into the hillside to the lift lobby. It would be great if the hotel can provide a kettle for boiling water. |

The location of the hotel was amazing as it must have had the best view of the Matterhorn in Zermatt, we asked for a room at the front of the hotel and had a spectacular view. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you, it also has an elevator which takes you down the mountain into Zermatt. The hotel pickup service was excellent and very prompt |

Die Location und das Hotel selbst sind sehr schoen! Es war wie in einem Traum: fantastische Aussicht auf Matterhorn, breite helle Zimmer mit allem Komfort und alles voll mit Romantik:))!! Ist sehr empfehlenswert!!! |

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht zentral und man hat einen super Blick vom Balkon über Zermatt und aufs Matterhorn. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Whirlpool und Dampfbad funktionierten nicht.Das Licht auf dem Balkon konnte nicht vom Zimmer aus ausgeschaltet werden. Speziell bei der Hotelleitung und dem Nachtportier spürte man das Saisonende und eine nachgelassene Freundlichkeit. Die Armaturen im Bad gehen sehr streng... |

Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Matterhorn. Ansonsten war der Preis fürs Zimmer absolut nicht gerechtfertigt (und das Hotel verdient auch keine 4 Sterne). Als wir um ca. 12.30h ankamen konnten wir das Zimmer nicht in sauberem Zustand beziehen (Putzpersonal war dann beim Mittagessen...). Das Personal war leider "durchs Band" nicht besonders freundlich. Man spürte förmlich das Saisonende... / Warum steht auf dem Tisch ein leerer Teller mit einem Messer drauf? Hätte man da nicht 1-2 Äpfel platzieren können? Generell: "Grüetzinis" sind nicht erwünscht. |
