Convenient position for station and easy to accsees all areas of town. Amazing view from front bedrooms especially at front of hotel. Well organised and polite staff. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. very expensive evening meal. Rooms below terrace can be noisy. Smoking allowed in public areas. |

Very convenient for everything, great terrace overlooking the lake; make sure of a lake view room it is worth it. The room was very clean and comfortable and the food excellent. The exterior looked a bit tatty but that didn't affect our stay unduly. |

Convenient situation. Breakfast charge excessive, should be included in room charge. Shower had no grab handle or anti-slip surface. Modern bathroom had no hanging or shelf space. No comfortable chairs in bedroom. |

Hotel right on the lake with beautiful views of the mountains and lake Geneva. We were well looked after by the staff as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Montreux My wife and I met in Montreux Territet some 52 years ago so it wonderful to go back to where we met. |

Location is very good. Nice rooms, renovated but charming. Noisy, rooms are not very " sound proof" (guests next door could be heard). Stay on the lake side of the hotel to avoid street noise. |

View from the bedroom and terrace No management. The staff were mostly very young and there was nobody there to guide them. The waitress at dinner spent most of her time talking to friends and it took ages to get served. |
