View from the bedroom and terrace No management. The staff were mostly very young and there was nobody there to guide them. The waitress at dinner spent most of her time talking to friends and it took ages to get served. |

The location of this hotel was excellent!! And the view from the room (I choosed "lake-view room") was good! I heard that this hotel has a door on the side of the lake. But I can't find it easyly, and also at 8:00 it was closed! (I asked to the cleaning staff in the morning.) It was inconvenient... The room-key was too big, I thought. It's better to use cardkey. |

dinner on the terrace in good weather//the lake view/proximity to railway station breakfast is extra/ poor selection, compared to alpine hotels/ very expensive. The pillows are feather,allergic and provide no neck support |

friendly staff, clean and good view from balcony. Front entrance of hotel closed early as they have a shop which meant we had to climb a steep set of steps to get to the back of the hotel entrance. |

Good location, beautiful view on the lake Bed was small and not very comfortable. The restaurant was booked entirely to a private company and wasn't available to guests. |

Lovely view from our balcony. Good size room. No noise from adjacent rooms. Excellent location for the railway station. My request for an easily accessible room for less-mobile people, and for adjacent rooms was attended to. Breakfast room is far too small - we had to wait for a table on 2 days. Our party included 2 less-mobile people so going up and down stairs to the buffet was not good. Constant pop/rock music from the terrace restaurant was a real pity and deterred us from eating there. No kettle in the room. Decor in public areas a little shaby, but fine in the room. |
