schönes Hotel in altem noblen Stil, z.t. etwas verstaubt, benötigt Renovation v.a. der Badezimmer. Excellente Küche im Rest arte!!! Frühstücksbuffet eher mager, nicht 5 Sterne |

Красивая вилла с шикарным видом на горы и озеро, хотя и рядом с улицей с весьма оживленным движением. Аристократические буржуазные традиции, великолепный сервис, просторные номера. Благоустроенный собственный участок берега с хорошо оборудованной платформой с мостками и лесенками в воду, хотя и через улицу, выхлопные газы с которой чувствуются. Хороший спортзал. Завтрак вполне достаточный, хотя выбор не чрезмерный. Увеличить продолжительность работы бассейна и пляжа позже 8 часов вечера. Установить кулер с водой не только в спортзале, но и на рецепции и в других местах. Усовершенствовать систему кондиционирования: в номерах напольные кондиционеры работают шумновато, обратный их выхлоп на балконах создает зной, который мешает там находиться, а в коридорах душно. |

Третий год останавливаемся здесь, абсолютная роскошная вилла с потрясающими видами на озеро Лугано, с шикарным ботаническим садом от которого потрясающий запах. Пляж на озере лучший. Завтраки отменные, номера поражают отделкой особенно сьюты и джуниор-сьюты. Хорошо и с детьми и вдвоем. |

Villa Castagnola ligt prachtig aan het meer van Lugano. De sfeer is ontspannen luxe. Vooral heerlijk om even bij te komen na een drukke periode! |
