The spacious and well equiped room

The view, interior design, and the restaurant. I arrived at 3 pm and had to wait until 5 pm to get into my room, which I did not complain, but then the following day, I wanted to take a boat trip, and asked to extend my check out time for 30 minutes at 12:30. Then the reception replied that there is someone checking-in at 13:00, and therefore asked me to check-out before I leave for the boat at 8:30. The schedule for the boat is not my fault and where I had to wait until 5pm, I found this very unfair. |
