The spacious and well equiped room The personalized wellcome card and snacks that were snicked into the room during our absence. The room was tidied up whenever we left it. Breakfast (quality) was not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel Staff seamed reserved and inattentive, perhaps because we did not speak itallian. The toilett was broken, dripping/trickling water produced a constant annoying noise. |

Il bellissimo parco davanti all'hotel Il condizionatore rumorosissimo, la tapparella della camera era rotta e non scendeva ho chiesta di provvedere o di cambiarmi la camera visto che avevo con me una bambina piccola e con la luce non dormiva ma ho dovuto aspettere il pomeriggio del secondo giorno perche' mandassero a sistemarla con I dovuti disagi, la colazione modesta. Non merita piu' di 4 stelle. |

calme ,vue,parc,piscine,.... il faudrait de meilleurs conseils pour le tourisme et les restaurants en dehors de l'hotel.Ils ne cherchent pas à fidéliser le client.et améliorer le petit déjeuner |

vriendelijke service op de bevestiging was gemeld dat diner inclusief was, terwijl dat niet was besteld maar men hield zich aan die bevestging dat het inclusief was, goed punt! mooi zwembad met alles erop en eraan de fauteuils waren mooi om te zien maar niet om op te zitten de klapstoeltjes op het balkon erg goedkoop slecht: oncomfortabel de douche cabine was erg klein, als je een stuk zeep laat vallen moet je de deur weer openen om het op te rapen. geen dubbele wastafel (voor een 5 sterren hotel zwak) kamer is ook niet te groot wat mij erg stoort is dat op de rekening garage in rekening was gebracht en dat daar geen gebruik was van gemaakt, is er wel afgehaald maar toch. wij hebben niet uit de beschrijving kunnen opmaken dat het hotel niet aan het water ligt. Het hotel ligt in een park met daartussen een drukke weg In de verte dus het meer. |
