The historical background.

I would love to see the room where Napoleon Bonarparte was said to stayed in. I asked but we didnt have achance to see it. A tour of the facilities used by the famous people who stayed there would be nice.

We were given a room overlooking the main road where the trams were continual and very noisey - spoilt the whole ambiance of the visit

It is a beautiful property in an excellent location in Basil. The service was impeccable and the staff attentive and professional. It is elegant and full of old world charm and sophistication.

I believe that it is overpriced. To do laundry that included underwear, one pair of jeans, a tee shirt and mans shirt was $143 swiss francs.

The attitude of all members of the hotel staff with have come to contact with was excellent - this is the real forte of Les Trois Rois.

The dry cleaning quality is extremely poor (I requested two ties to be dry-cleaned - and they were returned to me completely destroyed).

Ce lieu est a tout point de vue un lieu exceptionnel et il est habité par un personnel qui en tout temps démontre des prestations d'un niveau hors du commun. Un lieu que l'on quitte avec en tête le projet d'y revenir. Bravo a tous pour le sejour d'exception

Das Kalbskotlett in der Brasserie war ausgezeichnet! Und die Früchte aussergewöhnlich süss.

Schade, dass es keinen Wellness-Bereich gibt.

Vor allem der Service, das Personal ist einsame Spitze

Das Hotel und sein Personal ist hervorragend, die Lage excellent und der Service lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Die Abtrennung an der Badewanne beim Duschen ist nicht dicht, das Wasser steht anschließend auf dem Boden.
