View from our room was just beautiful. We were upgraded without asking. The suites was a good size and comfortable. Turn down service was good. The resort is overpriced. The facility is a bit old and "tired". The views are great but the facility needs a facelift. The loby is very dated and dark. |

The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly. It was a little difficult to get my case back along the tunnel because of the steps. |

They upgrade my room to Lake view room. It was big. They have helpful concierge (His name is Emanuuel). He is the best concierge I'v met. Poor breakfast buffet and all TV channels were italian. |

Our room was excellent, but other parts of the hotel were not really 5*. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel resturant has stunning view and breakfast was very good. Parking has an additional charge of 24 chf a night! |

The staff was very polite and helpful as usual, the SPA was great. Threr are no minibar in the rooms at second floor. Room service is available till 23:00. You have no chance to get some drinks and even water after that time. |

Lage am See Strassenlärm, Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack, Frühstücksrestaurant eher veraltet. Leider konnte man nicht auf der Terasse Frühstücken da zuwenig Schatten aufgrund mangelnden Sonnenschirmen. |

J'ai apprécié la disponibilité ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Lorsque l'on veut se rendre à la piscine ou à la plage, il faut passer par un tunnel qui part depuis le hall central. Pas très agréable de se retrouver en peignoir en plein hall central. |
