la localizacion , el personal y los servicioses son exelentes, especialmente el concierge Emanuel, si volveria otra vez, y lo recomendare. los colchones en las camas, prefiero que sean un poco mas rigidos, los actuales se "unden" en la mitad. |

Todos los servicios son excelentes. Nos dieron un apartamente con balcon frente al lago cuya vista es excepcional, uno parece estar integrado en ese paisaje. |

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Although generally in good shape, the hotel is very "70- ies" and dated. |

View from our room was just beautiful. We were upgraded without asking. The suites was a good size and comfortable. Turn down service was good. The resort is overpriced. The facility is a bit old and "tired". The views are great but the facility needs a facelift. The loby is very dated and dark. |

The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly. It was a little difficult to get my case back along the tunnel because of the steps. |

They upgrade my room to Lake view room. It was big. They have helpful concierge (His name is Emanuuel). He is the best concierge I'v met. Poor breakfast buffet and all TV channels were italian. |

Our room was excellent, but other parts of the hotel were not really 5*. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel resturant has stunning view and breakfast was very good. Parking has an additional charge of 24 chf a night! |

The staff was very polite and helpful as usual, the SPA was great. Threr are no minibar in the rooms at second floor. Room service is available till 23:00. You have no chance to get some drinks and even water after that time. |
