Huone ei vastannut odotuksiamme: varasimme kolmen hengen huoneen (varaussysteemin mukaan huone oli suurempi kuin normaalihuone ja sänkyjen piti olla kunnon sängyt) mutta saimme kahden hengen huoneen lisävuoteella, minkä jälkeen huone jäi liian pieneksi kolmen hengen oleskella. Vastaavasti ystävämme varasivat kahden hengen huoneen ja lisävuoteen 9v lapselle ja saivat halvemmalla samanlaisen huoneen. Olimme erittäin pettyneitä ja yritimme vaihtaa huonetta mutta se ei onnistunut ja hintakin pysyi korkeampana. Hotelli ei mielestäni ollut viiden tähden hotellin tasoa muutenkaan. |

I have used this address in Lugano for many years because it has always been a reliable medium sized hotel with a restful view of the lake run in the first class style of the best Swiss hotels. I think the food is very good and service friendly. If you like Swiss type hotels, there is nothing to complain about. I think some non-european travlers could percieve it to be a bit too formal. |

Staff were very very helpful. We had a bottle of prosecco in the room with 2 glasses because we were celebrating our anniversary and staff congratulated us... very considerate. And the breakfastroom, either sitting inside or outside, has a breathtaking view... a wonderful way to start the day! In the hallways was a strange, chemical smell. |

We liked the elegance of the old hotel. I think I answered most of this question in the first blank. Fortunately, nearly all staff members spoke excellent English. The manager was very likeable and well prepared to run such a large, elegant hotel. All staff members were very good. No air-conditioning in the rooms. It was humid and too warm and room was stuffy. They told us other people were cold. Why didn't they leave on the temperature control system? They did bring us fans, however. |

Warm welcome with free fruits baskets in the rooms. Excellent gastronomic restaurant. Nice sun deck beside the lake. Safe covered garage with valet parking. Room size ok, but a bit too small for the costs. |

The hotel was very "tired" looking, the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. Room felt claustrophic. Fitness area was inadequate. In short the hotel needs to be renovated or the pictures should be updated to reflect the way it actually looks. |

our view was amazing..we had a lakeview. our room was huge..it was a nice surprise. also, the welcome fruit basket was good. we also like that a continental breakfast was included in our room rate..the staff was friendly and helpful.. i saw pictures on booking.com for newer rooms. our rooms, although clean and spacious..were the older ones.. |

The best thing was the view from the decking, where people could sunbathe. The hotel is far from a five star hotel. The breakfast was very poor, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows terrible, the airconditioning was so loud that it was unbearable, yet again, it was hot, so one had to put up with it. The cleaning staff kept coming in, when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door...just a poor place! And the price was ridiculously high for all this! |

View from our room was just beautiful. We were upgraded without asking. The suites was a good size and comfortable. Turn down service was good. The resort is overpriced. The facility is a bit old and "tired". The views are great but the facility needs a facelift. The loby is very dated and dark. |

The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly. It was a little difficult to get my case back along the tunnel because of the steps. |
