The terrace of the Oasis Restaurant provides a wonderful alternative, thanks to its privileged position during the Summer time and is considered to be one of the nicest on the Lake Ceresio.
Open daily from 12.00 noon to 14.30hrs and in the evening from 19.00hrs to 22.30hrs.

The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano!

It was as good as it was 25 years ago when I last stayed there

Cleanliness, location.

Could not control the room heating temperature. The bathroom was severely hot and the bedroom far too warm and dry air. Hint: A five star hotel should provide razors for make guests. Frequent travellers travel with hand baggage only and we are not allowed sharp instruments on board flights! Five star quality should include basic things like razor, trouser press, tea/coffee facility as standard. All were missing.

The pool and gymnasium facility

Yes. I was dissappointed with the room. For the amount spent, the room
description, I expected much better. The decor was outdated and
something out of the 1950'S. Also, although your website stated it was a
lake view this was not very true. The reception area was great, but the
room was extremely dissapointing

I liked the view, and the staff were very nice.

Shampoo was not replaced with 2 visits of staff. The concierge was supposed to call me back, in my room, when I stayed there, for a local Italian restaurant............she never called back! For a 5 star hotel, neither of these occurances should have taken place! But I did lke the friendliness of the staff.
