Cleanliness, location. Could not control the room heating temperature. The bathroom was severely hot and the bedroom far too warm and dry air. Hint: A five star hotel should provide razors for make guests. Frequent travellers travel with hand baggage only and we are not allowed sharp instruments on board flights! Five star quality should include basic things like razor, trouser press, tea/coffee facility as standard. All were missing. |
