The lake view was beautiful. Rooms need to be updated. Carpet was stained. Wallpaper in fair condition. My telephone did not work for my entire stay even though I told them that it was not working. |

Fantastic view of Lake Geneva from most, if not all rooms; excellent indoor swimming pool and fitness facilities; Lack of complimentary WiFi (even though the wired Internet access was free); breakfast buffet was very limited for the what it cost; the decor of the guest rooms - and especially the bathrooms - is a little tatty and needs modernising to compete with local hotels of the same class; |

Soggiorno piavcevolissimo. Tutte le stanze hanno la vista lago e una piccola terrazza.Consiglio di farsi dare sempre stanze dal 3 piano in su:vista eccezionale e la terrazza sembra 'entrare' nel lago. Bellissimo. inoltre davvero vicino al centro raggiungibile con una piacevole passegiata sul lungolago. Hotel attrezzato con piscina e centro benessere.Da ritornare! |

Das Hotel ist in eine sehr schlecht zustand er war von 100 Jahre schön heute maximal 1 Stern, Zimmer ohne komfort Fernsehen ist ca 20 Jahre Alt, Heizung in erste Zimmer nicht in Betrieb und defekte Fenster , und und und ... Schlechte Werbung |

la situation et la vue Le personnel semble très terne, peu motivé de rendre service. Chambre très vieille, équipement défect, peintures endommagées. Ampoule cassées pas changées après plusieurs rappels. Service restaurant totalement inacceptable (très bon vin rouge servi gelé, serveuse a servi autres plats que commandé) Le personnel n'a pas compris que le client a le droit de recevoir un service avec le sourire |
