The pool and spa The room was on the roof of the hôtel. The unique way to acess is with the stair. The room was next to the engine of the lift. Verry noisy. 1200chf for that room was not a fair price. The diner was not wat I expected from a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location - just a very brief walk from the train station. Personnel were friendly, helpful and accomodating throughout our visit. Our room was very lovely and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent (great quality and variety in a gorgeous dining room), Hotel is beautiful, comfortable, with first-class staff. Cost for Wi-Fi. Most hotels offer free wi-fi to guests or charge a nominal fee. A 5-Star hotel should certainly do the same.

The staff was very friendly and skillful, special thanks to the massagist Anja from Hannover!!! She is extremely nice person and very- very good at her job. Lomi-lomi and hot stones massage were unforgettable! I'm your fan! The view was spectacular, the quisine very good, Spa-area very impressioning 1.The system of elevators leaves much to be desired... Our suit was situated on the 5-th floor while the elevator went up only till the 4-th. At the same time, theSPA area which we used every day was situated at the floor-1. We had to go down the stairs from 0 floor and take another elevator to the -1. It wouldn't be so hard but for the baby carriage! (We stayed with our 2-month old baby) the elevators are very small, one should take a breath and block it))) 2.There is no fridge in the room 3.The switches of electricity in the are complicated too. 4.There is no climat-control in the room; 5.The restaurant service is veeeeeeeeeeeery slow! 6. expensive

The location (next to train station), the mountain and green view from backyard, the sauna, and hotel staff are excellent. Wireless access is not free.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, a large bathroom with an excellent shower. Convenient ski room with boot warmers. Pool was big enough to swim in and is housed in a lovely spa area. Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was constantly replenished. Again, breakfast staff very friendly. The bathtowels are too small and bathrobes were a little tired. The bathroom whilst luxurious and spotless was a little dated (retro) The free wifi in the lobby was poor. Disappointing not to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. An info folder of hotel facilities placed in the room would have been helpful

Service was very efficient, which is common in most Swiss hotels. However, unlike many Swiss hotels, all the staff, without exception, were smiling and friendly and helpful in every possible way. This is a hotel for those who appreciate quality and service; not a place for the young set. We enjoyed an early season low price special. We would find the high season as above our budget, especially in view of the very high exchange rate of the Swiss franc.

We liked the free apples in the reception and the staff were very nice and helpful. Each floor has a different design for the rooms and the classification in the website is not accurate, as Ive chosen the junior suit and they gave me the panoramic view and told me its all junior suits ! , anyway they changed my room yet it is still not the one on the web site . Anyways in general the rooms are acceptable , the location is great but it is not in Interlakin the city , it is about 30 minutes away by car or even by train . We came during septemper , the weather was nice but I guess during summer time you wud like some air conditioning . And there are some sandflys around the windows but not very annoying .

Excellent and very helpful staff. Fantastic dinners in the restaurant. Amazing high quality gourmet food. Excellent wellness centre, with many types of sauna. Excellent masseuse. Big and spacious double room with good views. Easy access to train station, bus station and other shops in the city centre and to many hiking trails. Room was a bit warm. A thinner summer duvet would have been nice or a thin sheet.

Tired hotel with poor service They overbooked our room and put us in a smaller room. There was no consistency from the staff and no one came to ask how we were after the initial check in My wife had a massage which was not very good. Food was good in the hotel. Over all this is a three star hotel no way a five star. More value in renting a chalet somewhere else.

Staff were very friendly, we received an upgrade as it was our honeymoon, and the room was beautiful. Maid came in twice a day, room always left spotless. Bar/lounge area relaxing, swimming pool and spa area always clean and tidy. 'double' bed consisted of 2 single mattresses pushed together - not ideal, especially given it was our honeymoon. Food was over priced and lacked quality. Staff at times too friendly - difficult to get 10 minutes peace in the bar!
