The room was clean and wide. Breakfast was fine. All staff were so kind and friendly. 部屋は清潔で広く，朝食も良かった。スタッフも皆親切。 A car is neccesary to arrive. 車が必須。 |

We like the hotel very much - the staff was very friendly, the place is relaxing, clean and friendly. It is more like a boutique hotel than a chain one. I definitely recommend for one night stop or a base to visit Bern, Luzern and Basel. There is no much choice as far as eating is concerned - just one restaurant next door, that is ok. |

very friendly staff, nice size room and bathroom, the most important -it was clean It was pretty confusing to find, even with navigation, as they do not have a number listed for the address, also, the hotel just says "hotel." You cant see the Best Western sign from the road or even the car, it says it on a sticker on the door when you walk up. |

The access to the autobahn going in both directions!!! The breakfast was excellent and coffee available 24 hrs. we really enjoyed. The warm bathroom floor!!! and for December it was very comforably warm. We did not hear other guests 'sounds' like showers running, doors banging, it was very quiet to sleep!! |

The breakfast buffet was very good in the morning and free coffee,fruit, juice throughout the day and evening. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much. |
