We really liked the "extra things" such as the free coffee/tea-corner with bakeries and fruits which was avaliable at all time. The breakfast was very good as well.

Clean, decent breakfast. No working air conditioning on a very hot day. Per the hotel staff it was not 'hot enough' for the A/C to work, yet our room was very uncomfortable.

Hotel was peaceful despite of location by the highway. Finding it, however, was a bit of a problem since there was no exact address. We did not check the driving instructions carefully enough (before leaving) and consequently found a Swiss army training camp, and drove around for one hour before finally finding the road to the hotel. Unfortunately again, the road was barred, but a friendly soul let us in. Hotel reception and nearby service station refused to raise the bar for us. So a bit of mixed feelings, but mostly own fault.

very friendly staff. relaxed atmosphere but professional. it's cozy and as a family with 3 children we felt very comfortable. complementary juice and coffee all day long is really great too!! would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if the occasion arises. bravo to all!

Ausgezeichnet in jeder Beziehung Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahn Raststaette. Zu unserem Ziel waere es bloss einige hundert Meter gewesen, Leider hat das Hotel den Zugang zur Aussenwelt auf die Autobahn limitiert und das Tor, welches Zugang auf die Gemeindestrasse gewaehrt, abgeschlossen, was unseren Weg jeweils um etwa 10km erhoehte. Empfand dieses als partonisierenden Umweltschutzbloedsinn und somit also so typisch schweizerische Ueberorganisation, wie man sie halt in diesem Land oft sieht.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à l'autoroute est idéal le personnel est très bien Les chambres sont spartiates..... Petits lits, oreillers pas de bonne qualité, d'ailleurs à l'image de la chambre, pas d'oreiller supplémentaire, l'oreiller du deuxième lit n'avait pas de taie... Même pas de possibilité de faire un café dans la chambre.... le prix de la chambre est bien trop élevé quant à la prestation de la chambre je pense que les exploitants "jouent" sur la situation géographique je dois dire que je ne connaissais pas la chaîne Best Western

Gute Lage, "humaner" Preisaufschlag für Hund, Sauberkeit, modern Mitarbeiterin an der Reception wusste nicht gut Bescheid über Parkplatz, Umgebung, usw. Frühstücksraum zu klein. Konnte aufgrund fehlender freie Plätze kein Frühstück einnehmen, da komplett überfüllt!!!!
