The feature I disliked most was how complicated the access was from the freeway, and badly explained by the receptionist, e.g. that there is indeed a Grauholz exit, but not for the hotel, for one, and having to cross the overhead bridge over a four lane freeway, into what initially looks like a truckers' parking lot. Visibility ( dark, rainy, didn't help ) of hotel was very poor.
The cold meat ( roast beef ) was gamy looking and tasting in the sandwich I bought, at night, as was the ham at breakfast the next morning, probably not kept refrigerated properly.
A comfortable and well organized hotel:
the staff, for the most part, were friendly, and in one case, the night porter, was particularly bright, resourceful and helpful in finding the right exit to access the hotel.
What I liked most, though, was having you, i.e.Booking.com, obtain a reservation for me, although the hotel's webpage showed a " Sold Out " sign for the room I needed. Thank you !
Breakfast was very good, except for one detail. Please see the adverse comments that follow.
