Check in and check out process extremely rapid. I believe a 4 stars hotel should have 24hrs room service. |

Staff was helpful and gave me an electric adaptor. Room was rather small, dirty and full of dust. Dirty windows, toilet seat was broken. No shower soap provided. In my view this hotel is absolutely unworthy of a four star rating, and the price charged (not even including free wireless internet!) is ridiculous if compared to the lack of cleanliness and low quality of the whole. |

Please have a better selection of free English TV Channels. Housekeeping knocked on my door and tried to enter the room more than 4 times on early Sunday morning when I was still in may room |

The hotel is impressive when you enter, the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bar area and terrace are attractive and a place to relax after a busy (in my case working) day. The pizzeria serves good food which is reasonably priced and is open till late. The breakfast buffet is varied and attractive, diners also have the chance to take their breakfast on the terrace, a pleasant way to start the day! I particularly welcomed the ample car parking facilities. The pool area was apparently not attended to during the day. There were used glasses, towels and newspapers which had not been cleared away, some of which had been there since the morning. |

Excellent for bussines , great location 15 min walking to downtown where all the banks and stores are located. Wonderfull restaurant at the hotel. Poor breakfast options , can be better. |

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Got a room with balcony with extraordinary beautiful view on the lake. The buffet breakfast is excellent, especially as one can eat outside, next to the green. Hotel has its own parking space. Next time we are in Lugano we choose this hotel again |

The size of the room, good wlan signal across the whole hotel ( 15 chf / 3 hours or 25 chf / day ) The hotel could be refreshed but the bathroom was quite new. However a problem with the water heater forced everyone to take cold showers on Sunday morning. This felt more like a 3 * hotel. |

The swimming pool. It was really hot in July / August and it was really conformatble to have a swimming pool. (Also, it was very important to have the air conditioner.) The location is very good, you can walk to the lakeand to the center of Lugano in few minutes. They have wi fi in all the hotel but you should pay to use it. |

There terrace is nice, although you cannot sea the lake from there unless you stand in a small corner on the side! I didn't find the staff at the reception helpful at all!! I can't imagine they don't speak English, but they've given me a hard time every time I had to ask them about something. The breakfast staff was very nice though. |

The Hotel is nearby the Lake of Lugano and it's easy to get dowtown. The Employees are kind and keen to help if you need. However the hotel hardware is old, I mean that the moquette, the elevators, the room is old and the price/quality ratio is not very good because the hotel is pricey for the kind of room that they offer. |

Very comfortable hotel. We travelled with friends who have a small baby and we had no trouble. Pool was very nice. Our tom tom could not find the road the hotel was on, and when we called staff were not very helpful. My air conditioning did not work properly and the temprature was stuck on 25 degrees C. Also staff should explain the system with the lights / electricty (there is a switch not labeled) before you go to the room. |

Very good service, especially like the red wine recommneded by the waiter.. on the booking.com, it was said 5 min walking, in fact it is at least 15-20 min walk on the slope.. though later it was discovered that there was a bus, it did take me quite some time to find the hotel. |

disponibilità e cortesia del personale, ho dovuto fare delle fotocopie urgenti e ho avuto tutto a disposizione con tanto di busta per raccogliere il materiale. personale non spazientito e in ascolto la mancanza di una postazione internet funzionante, ristorante eccessivamente caro in rapporto al costo dell'htl |

Frühstuck Nach meiner Meinung nach die Preisleistung stimmt es nicht.Nächstes mal mit ca. 40CHF mehr werde ich bei Hotel Olivella übernachten aber dort kann man viel mehr unternehmen ( Wellnes , interne Restaurant etc. ) |

L'accueil ainsi que la propreté des chambres. Le parking est gratuit. L'hôtel est en transformation (le hall d'entrée) et aucune information à ce sujet. L'hôtel est un petit peu loin (environ 20 minutes à pieds) du centre ville. |
