Central convenient location to the motorway and to the centre of Lugano. We were also given an upgrade which we greatly appreciated. |

Very comfortable hotel. We travelled with friends who have a small baby and we had no trouble. Pool was very nice. Our tom tom could not find the road the hotel was on, and when we called staff were not very helpful. My air conditioning did not work properly and the temprature was stuck on 25 degrees C. Also staff should explain the system with the lights / electricty (there is a switch not labeled) before you go to the room. |

Very good service, especially like the red wine recommneded by the waiter.. on the booking.com, it was said 5 min walking, in fact it is at least 15-20 min walk on the slope.. though later it was discovered that there was a bus, it did take me quite some time to find the hotel. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Changed our room to one with a view on request at check in. It is about a mile (1.6 km) from the old town with a pleasant walk along the lake. |

breakfast buffet, the view on Lake Lugano I'm afraid but the interior design of the room and hallways like furniture, pictures and frames, carpet and bedsheets are in my opinion out of date |

La ubicacion es buena y el parking muy conveniente ¡es gratis! El desayuno termina a las 10,30 sin embargo a las diez no habia pan, croasanes , embutidos, quesos y eso en un hotel de 1ª categoria no deberia suceder. Las camareras lo veian pero, probablemente no tienian reposicion. En el baño sel primer dia se cayo una bolsa para esterilizar un vaso y convivio con el suelo tres dias, probablemente ese suelo no fue fregado en ese tiempo |

Sauberkeit in den Zimmer war gut. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Lage ist super da man schnell im Zentrum oder am See ist. Mobiliar im Zimmer war sehr alt. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein! |

Alte klassische Styl... Wenn man nur zwei Tage in Lugano ist und nur eine Uebernachtung bucht, scheint der Preis etwas überrissen, da man am Anreisetag erst ab 16:00 Uhr das Zimmer erhält und am nächsten Tag bereits um 12:00 Uhr abreisen muss. Das bedeutet man hat effektiv von zwei Tagen nur einen Tag mit Unterkunft. **mal den wirtschaflichen Gedanken prüfen** |

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels mit all den Palmen drumrum, ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist ideal. Nur 3 Minuten zum See. Am Pool und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar sitzen und entspannen. Das Frühstück ist ok. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen nur wenig deutsch und die Freundlichkeit ist ausbaufähig. Auch die Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals könnte noch zunehmen. Außerdem könnte der eine oder andere Farbanstrich im Zimmer oder auf dem Gang den Gesamteindruck noch weiter verbessern. |
