設備等、室内に関しては問題が無かった。また、ホテルの前がすぐ湖でそこまで出ればよい景色だった。ただし、２階の部屋だったので、部屋から湖は見えなかった。 道路沿いにあり、車の通行の音がして、夜中に時々目が覚めた。禁煙ルームを予約していたのに、２階（禁煙マークが無い）の部屋になっていた。疲れていて抗議する元気も無かったので、そのままにしてしまった。この階には廊下をやかましく歩く中国語を話すグループがいた。 |

チューリッヒ駅、空港から２０分、３５分位で駅からは一時間に何本も電車があり、HORGEN駅の前がホテルで大変便利でした。中央駅のホームが少し離れているので要注意です。ホテルレストランからはチューリッヒ湖が目の前に見えて素晴らしいロケーション。値段もスイスにしては手ごろ。清潔感あり。 接続は出来ますが、PCが使いやすい設備が欲しいですね。 |

Our stay was very enjoyable. What I liked best was the sympathy of the people from the restaurant, specially Laila. Probably it will do nice if the menus in the restaurant could be more diversified. |

The room was very nice and clean. Nearby facilities. Finding the entrance to the hotel was confusing. In/Out underground parking was scarey because traffic used same one lane path; also pedestrians were walking on the lane to get in and out of garage, it was dangerous. You shouldn't have to pay for this parking. It was an inconvience. |

Leaving Booked a dbl, lake view with Air-con room. Arrived to a view of the hotel walls with no air con, twin room. Informed by staff there was nothing in area to do - which was actually correct. Location is a 30 min drive to anything interesting. Would not stay in this apparent 4 star hotel again!!! |

General hotel facilities were good. The room was comfortable BUT very noisy due to road traffic and building construction noise (which is outside the control of the hotel). Breakfast was good but expensive. Staff (especially at reception) should be more friendly and helpful. The price of the hotel was good but provided inflated prices on all other facilities that left a slightly negative impression. With todays technological services I find it difficult to see how a hotel can justify charging for access to the internet! |

Location is horrible, directly across from the train station. Noise was a huge problem. No parking discount for guests. Breakfast is outrageously expensive. Triple room was too small for three people. |

Construction for the next two years and noise unbearable day and night. Price is too high when you can not get a rest during your stay. Should warn that construction work starts at six am and does not stop the whole day and night. It is unbearable. |
