Zeer vriendelijke personeel, eigen parking. De kamer was klein maar stoorde eigenlijk niet. Het ontbijt is goed, ontbijtzaal op hoogste verdiep met schitterend uitzicht op het meer.

De badkamer mocht iets groter zijn.

The room directly on the roundabout. Noisy! Many rooms available but no upgrade for a less noisy room.

The best hotel during our round-trip in Switzerland, the hotel was a home-base for visiting Zurich! Located across the street from the train station and has very frequent and fast train connection to the city centre. Free parking, coffee, tea, internet and water-bar are the key advantages of the hotel. Decent breakfast with the lake-view from the top floor. Remarkable service and staff!

Internet is certainly a field for improvement:I had stable internet connection only in the bathroom, while in the room it was very weak.

It was very close to rail station

The rooms were very tiny , you have only gel shower , no bathrobe , no slippers , no body lotion, to me it is just a 2 stars hotel and I think this is still too much , the breakfast was poor The dining place was so small that it can not accomodate a big group Please do not go by the rating , it is not at all to the middle east standard

The hotel is of newer date and looks ok. Nice staff, free coffe in the reseption and free cold clean water on every floor.

No aircondition, and sleeping with the window up is not easy when all the traffic passes your window. But I should add that it was verry warm outside when we visit the hotel.

Didn't realise railway line between hotel and lake!! Not 4 star standard. Small room no view. Bar not open until 8pm.

Clean. Nice environment. Very good location. Lake view. Safe private parking. Very good service.

My wife and I spent a wonderful night at this excellent hotel, the staff were very friendly and the panoramic view and the art deco interior of the breakfast room just blew us away!! Recommend it strongly, we will definitely go back there the next time we visit Zurich.

The hotel stuff was not a little friendly. But the location was very good.

Good house for people, who have formerly child-dream to be the director of train/bus-station.... Every 3min.- bus, every 5min.-train; smoker and noisy passengers - allways...... Air-condition? No! They wright **** ?? By essence it is "Comfort-rooms for transit passengers",but never "Hotel**** " My mark for staff is not for guests-contact staff (they are very correct), but for leading-staff, who gave the false advertisement in the respect booking sistem.

The staff service, Me and my wife felt prejudice from staff side specially one little blonde receptionist was there in the day time unfriendly. We saw hat they were nice to people with suits. We were on holiday so we were just wearing casual cloths. We were treated like second class as we had the flash deal paid the low price. The coffee machine did not work for the whole time there.

Staff were very helpful, free wifi.

Parking spaces were small, long wait for food in the bar.
