Coffee Machine in the lobby and boiler in the room.

Staff in reception is inefficient.

Good house for people, who have formerly child-dream to be the director of train/bus-station.... Every 3min.- bus, every 5min.-train; smoker and noisy passengers - allways...... Air-condition? No! They wright **** ?? By essence it is "Comfort-rooms for transit passengers",but never "Hotel**** " My mark for staff is not for guests-contact staff (they are very correct), but for leading-staff, who gave the false advertisement in the respect booking sistem.

The staff service, Me and my wife felt prejudice from staff side specially one little blonde receptionist was there in the day time unfriendly. We saw hat they were nice to people with suits. We were on holiday so we were just wearing casual cloths. We were treated like second class as we had the flash deal paid the low price. The coffee machine did not work for the whole time there.

Superb location. View over the lake station a few yards away and train direct to city central station. Ferry to the other side of the lake with cars a few hundred meters away. Helpful friendly people with on site parking. Ice cold sparking water from machines on each floor too.

There is no hotel restaurant as such a lovely bar where they do breakfast in the am on the 5th floor overlooking the lake which is great but arrival 9pm on a sunday night there is no restaurant you need to go out locally

The matress was hard as stone.

The location next to the small but well serviced rail station, with rooms that provide a splendid view of lake Zurich is fine. The staff was friendly, if a little too bureaucratic, as fits the German part of Switzerland.

The hotel has no restaurant that fits the standard of the hotel. There is a pub style facility in the same building, but not of an acceptable standard. Other choices in the small town of Horgen are limited. For what is obviously a business hotel. the business corner facilities are inadequate. The PC is old, lacks up-to-date programmes, and the printer was out of ink. On being told so, the reception staff shrugged their shoulders and did nothing about it. (They did offer to print things at the reception against receipt of an e-mail; this worked, but is inadequate for a hotel of this standard)

Easy to find from the railway station. Magnificent views from upstairs restaurant & breakfast room, watching Sun rising over Lake Zurich whilst eating breakfast was magnificent.

Terrible noise from cafe/bar beneath Hotel until 2am, too loud to sleep in room, insufficient noise proofing given closeness of bar. Unfortunately this outweighs the beauty of the views, great shame.

Moderne et propre.

Attention de prendre une réservation avec petit déjeuner. Sinon..... 25.- par personne, même pour les enfants.

Een net hotel, prima personeel, mooi aan het meer.

De kussens waren enorm zacht, heb er nu nog een zere nek van. En het ontbijt is belachelijk duur. 25 zwitserse frank voor een redelijk standaard ontbijt..

Sehr gute Serviceleistungen (z.B. frisches Mineralwasser auf der Etage, Kaffeemaschine im Eingangsbereich zur freien Verfügung) und Bar/Aufenthaltsraum im obersten Stock mit toller Aussicht.

Strassen- und Bahnverkehrslärm lassen es kaum zu, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, was ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer vermutlich unangenehm sein kann
