Very convenient location; polite and friendly front desk staff; room was clean and adequate; nice feel No ironing boards in the room - took > 30 minutes and 3 requests to get one sent up. |

Easy parking, cleanliness. Cnn on tv. Rooms with view of the lake unfortunately have also a view of the trainstation. The noise of the trains often made hearing the tv in the room impossible when the window was open. The airconditioning was insufficient for this september booking to avoid having the window open. The restaurant offered pizza and simple pasta only. Minibar was minimally equipped. |

As a newly opened hotel the level of attention and service of the staff was of the highest level. The rooms are well presented with all facilities one expects of this type of hotel. The location adjacent to the city was excellent. The address did not appear on any recent printed street maps of GPS systems making it hard to find. A clue such as the nearest cross Street (John F Kennedy Boulevard) would be very helpful. |

Convinient, nice restaurant overlooking the lake. Only 20 min from Zurich and reasonably priced Traffic into Zurich is a nightmare. Take the train! |

In the morning, the waitress led me to a cantine for group without checking my room number. Acutally, I should have a much better breakfast in another better cantine. |

L'hôtel est assez calme malgré la proximité de la gare. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. La vue sur le lac est génée par la gare et la restauration n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie, hormis le buffet petit déjeuner. |

La proximité du lac de Zurich. La chambre qui nous a été mise à disposition n'était pas propre, les lits n'étaient pas faits. De plus, lors de notre retour, vers 0030, nous étions fermés hors de l'hôtel, nous avons attendu 20 minutes qu'une personne, qui buvait un verre dans un bar à côté de l'hôtel nous fasse entrer par le couloir des toilettes. |

最上階の眺望レストランは夏休みでcloseしており、夕食に困った。フロントスタッフにレストランを紹介- してもらったが紹介してもらたレストランへ自分で電話をするはめになり、ごく普通のレストランでひどいもの- だった。スタッフにサービス精神が欠けている。とても個人が宿泊するホテルのレベルではない。 部屋からの湖への眺望はほとんどなく、期待はずれ。朝食のみオープンしていたレストランではスタッフが友人- と大声で話していたり、座席には糞らしきものが落ちていたり最低。 |

Die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die Nähe zum Wasser und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel. Keine Klimaanlage, große Lärmbelästigung, Fenster können nicht auf Kipp geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück bei diesem Preis eine einzige Katastrophe, wir kamen um 8 Uhr und standen vor einem leeren Buffet, das nur nach und nach binnen einer halben Stunde spärlich aufgefüllt wurde bzw. auf Nachfrage. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Flexibilität der einzelnen Mitarbeiter.Seelage.Garage. Schlechte Beschreibung der Zimmer, bezüglich Lautstärke und Komfort.Eine Seite direkt an der Hauptstrasse (ohne Klimaanlage), klimatisierte Zimmer kosten Aufpreis.Seeseite mit Klimaanlage aber direkt am Bahnhof und sehr laut.Frühstück extra aber teuer. |

Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, manche sehr freundlich, ein paar kann man nicht wirklich so bezeichnen. Das Zimmer war, wie gewünscht angenehm ruhig. Siehe oben (Freundlichkeit) und die Flecken im Teppichboden. SFr. 15,- für einen Parkplatz weit außerhalb ist in keiner Weise angemessen. |
