Can only access WiFi if you have a cellphone on you, which I didn't No staff to help with any enquiries In a dodgy parr of town
breakfast was not good at all. Far away from Luszen train station.
It was very clean and the location not bad at all! Just barely one km. from the main station, and the walk to get there was a nice one, with stores and good things to see.
I enjoyed everything. The tv wasn't working, but that is not a bug deal!
Price, convenience, cleanliness, wifi
Forgot to drop off the keys on check out and had to return.
The location. It' s value for money because other places are expensive.
No WIFI if no phone. So we went to train station to use WIFI.
Nice and spacious room, noise free and only 10min walk to the centre.
It's in the red light district :-(
The location is very good . It's near restaurants, bar/clubs. Walking distance to the main station.
Less towels , TV channels, maybe a tooth brush and a tooth paste would be great and more towels for 2 or more nights stay.
Although some people have complained about being cramped, the room we were given here was very spacious. We had a small table, a tv set, a sofa-bed, an actual bed and a large (for hotel standards) bathroom. The place was pretty comfortable. The place is priced reasonably, given how expensive Zürich is.
The main issue with with the hotel is its location. It is in the middle of District 4, the red light area of Zürich. Which is also where, as far as we know, drug dealing and other criminal activity happens. In my short stay, I didn't happen to hear anything as dramatic as a shot, but I was intimidated by the area and decided to avoid leaving at night. The hotel isn't a bad choice if you don't mind this, however. A minor issue is that there is no staff. The hotel works well on its own, but it also feels a bit lifeless without a reception.
nice and cousy room, near the tram and the main station.
the room wasn't ready when I arrived even if I came after 14:00 as it was indicated in the hotel web page (the rooms of the other guest weren't ready either, so it was not a simple mistake). The sedond day there was no room cleaning only the dust bin change.
No staff at all. Would have been nice if there is a reception at least. I wanted to extend my stay but couldn't.
clean and facility was quiet good.
Hotel location and environment made us felt no secure. Because there are nude cinema and alot of pub.
1 room was very large, the other one normal size. Good location.
Comfortable and spacious room, very clean. Nice simple modern decoration.
Due to self check in, you can't find much promptual help with problems such as inquiring about the city whereabouts , finding an electricity plugin adjuster( since Swiss standard is so bizzare）
Totally unsafe and no privacy. The hotel is located in red light district of Zurich that is full of prostitutes/trans and drunk people. The aparment they gave me was located at ground floor. From outside you can see inside the flat as there were just thin curtains inside. I was afraid to sleep during the night due to this. Although there were videocameras on the street you never know with such atmosphere outside. I felt totally unsafe somebody could enter inside by breaking the glass of the windows that i did not sleep. In fact day later a drunk man at 7.00 oclock was just in front of window of the toilet "playing " with some bycicles..Curtain in bathroom was trasparent. When i left i was happy and i felt cheated. There was not reception so if you want to reclaim something you have to call them and spend other money as they don't have email. Probably if they give you flat that is not at ground floor you will have better experience as the apartment itself is well equipped(except for toilet paper and cuisine) but i suppose anyway you won't have so much privacy as other people from buildings in front can look inside your flat. To note also that the entrance door of the building is not locked.. For me never again.
It's cheap and despite lack of reception easy to check in/out
There is a kettle but no mugs?
Clean, beautiful bathroom, great location. Good value
Automatic key delivery system. I was tired and didn't get how it worked so wasted time figuring it out. No human to meet us for welcome.
cleanness fair for short stay
located in a red light district. not private, transparent window curtain for window close to our bed, can be see through easily. not easy to connect to wifi, we used more than 2 hours, including calling the hotline and experienced very bad response.
It is cheap and near the Zurich main station
It is located in the Zurich red light destinct. Not suitable for girls and family. Only for men.
They not allowed for cooking
It was convenient to the train station.
The fact that we needed a mobile phone to access the code for the internet. The raucous noise that went on just below the apt. until 5 in the morning. The fact that the neighborhood appears to be Zurich's red light district. Calling the room an apt. is simply pushing the envelope. Yes, there was a fridge and a tea kettle for hot water, but there were no other things that you would associate with an apt. There was one chair and a bed in a very small space. I would not stay there again.
Safe secure simple room with working amenities.
Couldn't access the internet because didn't have the code and had no phone to call for it. Location is just off a busy street with bars and hookers and johns around, but the place itself felt safe and secure and quiet, aside from the whoops of the revelers out on the street.
Central location, clean
Only one bar of soap for a 2-3 days stay, no shampoo or shower gel provided, bed matriss bends in the middel, lication noisy sometimes, we had a room under the roof so hitting your head was frequent..
Big room, quite well equipped. Clean. Close to train station and city center.
Difficult to locate the room. A bit noisy area, also we were unlucky to have very noisy people in the room/apartment next to us. The fact that there is no reception can be a bit inconvenient to solve such things but was ok overall.
The room was comfortable, clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay of several nights. The key was in the lock box and we easily signed on to Wifi after receiving the password by SMS. Location was convenient for public transit and there is a nice Italian cafe on the corner. The neighborhood was a little strange but safe. Good value for money.
