Clean,simple,hotel,walking distance to either train station.Staff very friendly,rooms basic but clean and comfortable.Buffet style breakfast was excellent.When staying in Switzerland excellent value for money. |

Good location near to the train stations. The furniture is very old and worn out and the floor boards make a lot of noise which may disturb your sleep. |

Not a bad situation 5 mins walk from station and near some shops and restaurants. Carpet not very clean, also no soap provided for hand basin. Breakfast positively frugal - probably the least you could offer and still call it breakfast. Loud music from function in hall beneath my room carried on until well after midnight. |

The hotel is in a great position, free parking, delicious breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful old stylish building... unfortunately the room has cheap old furniture. Reminded me of a students dormitory. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very outdated and small, as 2 female friends on holiday, we requested a twin room but were given a double, and the bed was very small indeed. I felt it was a little expensive for the standard of accomodation, but it was ok for one night. |

Poloha hotelu blízko nádraží i blízko centra města je ideální. Po zkušenostech v jiných hotelích této kategorie byly snídaně velmi skromné. |

nettes, unkompliziertes Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf meinen Wunsch, ein möglichst ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde Rücksicht genommen. Der Teppich hat mir einen allzu filzigen Eindruck gemacht, aber man kann ja mit Latschen anziehen. Zimmer war aber sauber. |

Interlaken west駅からは平坦な道を10分ほどでした。ただ重いスーツケースを押しながら歩くには少しやっかいなの- で、パスなどを持っている場合はost駅行きのバスに乗って、広場が見えたら降りるのがいいかもしれません- 。すぐに看板が見つかったので、迷うことなく辿り着けると思います。シャワー、トイレ付きの部屋に泊まりま- したが、広さは十分で、バスタブはないものの、シャワーに扉が付いているので、シャワー後トイレのほうまで- 床が濡れてしまうこともなく快適でした。スタッフは可もなく不可もなくという普通の対応でした。 シングルの部屋で予約していたにも関わらず、ダブルの部屋に通され、初日にそのことを確認して、同じ値段で- 泊まれると、そのとき受付にいた若い女性に言われました。チェックアウトのときシングルのダブルユーズだか- らと10％増しの値段を請求され、初日に同じ値段で泊まれると言われたと反論したら、今度は1泊の料金に一- 回の朝食が含まれているはずなのに、3泊中料金に含まれる朝食は1回だけなのにあなたは3回食べた、と言わ- れ、結局10％増しの料金を支払いました。部屋は広く、快適だったのですが、最終日のチェックアウトではい- やな思いをしました。最初からダブルで泊まる方にはこういう問題は起こらないと思いますが、シングルで泊ま- るときなどは注意が必要です。 |
