Hotel Harder Minerva  

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice, Clean, Comfortable room.

Upon checking in, the receptionist informed us we could get in touch with staff using the telephone. But there was no telephone in the room. After returning to the reception there was no one to attend to the queries. We checked with someone present at the hotel next to the reception and were informed that someone would come around 6 pm at the reception. But there was no one at that time. Next morning we had to checkout early and there was no one present at the front reception. We had to wait for to 20 minutes15 mins. There was a small bell near the reception which was supposed to grab attention of the officials. Even after pressing it multiple times there was no one to attend to us. Overall not a very satisfying experience. Not at all impressed with the service.

Truthfully speaking Nothing !!!!!

Pathetic Breakfast.Breakfast was only cereals, yoghurt, coffee/milk/ chocolate, juice, butter, cheese, jam, bread, ham. The cereals were stale, jams tart, juice had gone off and only two kinds of bread - one sliced bread and one any other. No croissant of any kind, not even a plain one. On the first day there was just one plate of ham which would get over in a matter of minutes and very reluctantly another plate would be put. On the second day there was no ham and when asked for it , we were told that none was available. Then reluctantly a plate of salami was offered. No soaps or shower caps in the bathroom, and no hygiene bags either. There was extremely poor heating which could not be increased or decreased by us. We could not even switch on the heater which supposedly started automatically at 9.00pm. All in all we had the impression that person running/owning the place was least interested or bothered. We stayed in five hotels during our trip of Swiss and Italy. This was the most expensive and the worst.

Central location, clean and friendly, good breakfast.

要加个独立卫生间要加20法郎，屋里有扇门，估计就是厕所了，但是锁着打不开

总体上评价还可以。没有特别出彩的地方。

酒店工作人员经常不在前台，有事情根本找不到人。

El poder abandonar el hotel tras la primera noche, cancelando las otras dos noches que teníamos reservadas, e irnos a otro que, afortunadamente, pudimos encontrar en la misma localidad.

La sensación de viejo y sucio y el olor insoportable en el baño, probablemente por la comunicación del sistema de ventilación de la cocina u otra fuente de olores con el cuarto de baño. Aparte de intentar "colarnos" un colchón para la tercera persona, en el pasillo de la habitación para dos personas.

Hotel Harder Minerva位置不错，比较容易找到。干净、舒适。早餐丰富。员工亲切。

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner la proximité à la nature et au centre du congrès

Waren tagsüber unterwegs. Haben nur geschlafen im HOtel.War sehr ruhig.

Keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit. Wenn nur bezahlbar.

Hotel situé dans une rue au calme et malgré tout à courte distance de la rue principale d' Interlaken..

Le petit déjeuner manquait de variétés.
