Not a bad situation 5 mins walk from station and near some shops and restaurants. Carpet not very clean, also no soap provided for hand basin. Breakfast positively frugal - probably the least you could offer and still call it breakfast. Loud music from function in hall beneath my room carried on until well after midnight. |

The hotel is in a great position, free parking, delicious breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful old stylish building... unfortunately the room has cheap old furniture. Reminded me of a students dormitory. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very outdated and small, as 2 female friends on holiday, we requested a twin room but were given a double, and the bed was very small indeed. I felt it was a little expensive for the standard of accomodation, but it was ok for one night. |

Nothing likable everything was bad Got a room in the attic extremely bad for the price I paid. The breakfast was a farce and hopeless. Would never want to go here. |

Location good. Wonderful waitress spoke very good English and was very helpful. Breakfast fair the first morning. Morning #2...breakfast was poor. Ran out of buns, no plates of sliced meat or cheese...only packaged processed cheese, even the bread ran out. The gentleman who we paid when we were leaving left the counter to serve someone else while we were in the middle of paying....we almost missed our boat connection. We were charged 4 Euros too much for our dinner. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for day trips to the Alps. Good value- included in the room price was a great breakfast, local transportation ticket, local tourist information, promotion coupons for shopping and casino. Very good restaurant for dinner |

It was horible... it is not at all a good hotel. Well there is nothing good in the hotel.... so much things are bad to pen over here. |

The hotel is right in town. Within easy walking distance of grocery store and shopping in general. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was great. We had 5 rooms that varied in size and quality. Rooms in general were on the small size. We had 3 cars that we had a slightly difficult time finding parking for. |
